The way I read the T&Cs is that the money you transfer to them is held in Barclay's bank, and that money is covered while in Sterling by Barclay's FSCS protection.

Once bought tally however the gold is insured.

The question is, if tally went belly up, how would you access your gold? That is the question I think that needs addressing

If it hits October though and nothing done with regard a listing, then I think questions really do need to be asked.

I have always maintained that until I read that an admission document has been created and submitted, I am not counting any chickens. That still stands.

While the latest RNS now states summer/mid 2019 for admission and MJ says cant see any further reasons for delays I will believe it when I see it. Too many slipped time frames to take it all as gospel. I said before though I mentally put it back to Q3 and the latest info pretty much nails that on, so happy to wait until then before getting concerned.

That being said I am more confident than ever have been about a relist happening here, and if the launch of Tally does well could well see a profit to boot.

As for returning as Lionsgold? It isnt going to - it will return as Tally. We have been told this months ago and had the confirmation of proposed name change yesterday!

Seems I was correct in thinking IPO won't be until after launch. They say summer 2019 which is pretty much Q3 I touted!

OK. So I have been reading the book more tonight and have to admit lost interest a bit when it started waffling about bitcoin. Clearly when it was written he felt it was a winner, but look at the yearly chart and it clear it wasn't. Imagine if tally was that volatile. Never ever would you use it!

Never liked bitcoin and have to say unimpressed how much Ralph seemed to love it. Glad they ditched blockchain to use railsbank ledger after all. Though kind of beats the whole decentralised thing he is trying to sell.

I would ere on the side of caution to be honest regarding the IPO target date

April has been mentioned due to the presentation stating March as "making application to" though I have personally put it back to Q3

If it comes back earlier amazing, but until the application is made Im not getting excited. I think they will wait until the product is fully launched and some user figures are in before finalising the admission docs etc and going to investors who will be involved in the IPO raise.

Ralph said the debit cards will be available March/April - well we arent launching until they are ready are we?

Just keep expectations grounded here regarding the IPO

My initial response to that RNS was that the FDA didnt want to approve this, for whatever reason that may be. Backhanders I thought.

This is in my SIPP, broke my no AIM rule for that too. Annoyed with myself but as others here had done research and felt it was a good buy!

Have dropped another few grand in this morning to try to cut my average and gain some sort of profit out of this shambles. Something stinks here and it isnt the Biffa plant round the corner from my office!

That's not binary. That's trinary.

The IPO price will have nothing to do with the price before delisting. It will be judged based on the valuation of the company as the time of flotation.

That said it could be 4p, or it could be 2p. It all depends on how things are looking at the time, how much dilution is needed and how much demand is there for people buying into the IPO.

If it's true that there is a lot of interest then it could do nicely.
