Response to arbitration by 6th October gives them an early point when they can look to finalise the outcome and award to RKH. Would expect to see more interest from next week in anticipation of their communication. Top ups today seem like a good bet to me....was lucky to get a shed load more at 4.7p when news hit.

Can't find much detail on Harbour's commitment to deal, with RNS July 2012 being sketchy on termination of Premier arrangements. Lots of commitments to funding progressing the field, so wondering if Harbour are stuck with any of Premier's liabilities under the agreement?

It would be deemed reckless to have known this was coming and not be at least approaching/discussing with other partners.
