All these visitors to the data room and all these non-binding offers of xxp. Easy money if you have such inside information and a few friends. Clearly Jim has his price and is waiting for Au price to meet the needs of the buyer. PI's tend to be the ones who lose out if not in a position to buy at low levels. Risk Vs reward here now?

Yes the market and outlook is poor at the moment, with such little interest. Holding tight through the coming storm with dry powder is the best approach imho. The business is moving to a sounder footing.
