Base Resource: 3.158 million ounces of gold.

Target: Up to 800,000 additional ounces of gold.

Payment Value:

USD 18.00 per ounce of additional resource.

Maximum Payment:

USD 14.4 million, if the maximum resource growth target is achieved.

So we need to get to 3.658m ounces to get the maximum payment?

"Following the permitting of the Mestiza and America open pits, together with the La India open pit Condor has 1.12 M oz gold open pit Mineral Resources permitted for extraction". We know there's more Au not open-pit, but where are the 2m ounces?

3.158m ounces of gold......is that what Condor have? Then they are getting this cheaper than I thought

A lot who posted on this bb and supported CNR have left the building. Actions do speak louder than words.

A little unsure also when he used the term "guaranteed" when talking about the CVR's. Misleading in my opinion, but then after spending many years in CNR misleading is something we're used to.

There are lots of things he couldn't say because of the takeover code yes, but think what he could say he wouldn't stumble through and make them so confusing?

Daphne.... the deal is made purposely fuzzy due to the loan notes. Are they tradeable, how are they held, how are they held if all other equity is sold, due they form part of your ISA, are they no more valuable than Green Shield Stamps? Why not make it just more rights/options in MTL shares if they are so confident?

Don't quite think we align with Jim when he's had far more opportunities to benefit from discounted shares, warrants and fees? He's messed up by not doing something two/three years ago and not getting on with the mine. Suddenly though, we couldn't build and run a mine lol

Private investors are not happy with the promises, the wait and the let down. Everyone has their own position, but is was their choice to invest knowing the risks. I'm not happy and you win some, you lose some. But for certain with this type/market for investors, the interest will reduce as let down after let down occurs. There's too many 'management' not walking a straight line and AIM in particular is dying as a source of finance. People MUST note that.

I am keeping a lid on my frustration, but think actions/threats against them serves no purpose. As Confucious said about digging your own grave first? Cards closely to my chest now, with what I see is happening. I will leave here with a profit, but a poor one considering the years invested.

So true barnard.....was hoping this would give me a decent exit point from this particular AIM share ( con ). I have others I wish to exit too, but as ever with these there's the 'carrot' that keeps you in. If somebody asked me should they invest in similar, I would strongly advise against. Which is why I really do not want MTL equity, never mind a pointless IOU. Move to cash asap for me, barring the odd long term hold where I trust the bod.

Willing to bet we don't get 5.7p for our MTL shares when this completes. There'll be a stampede for the exit that day imho
