As has been said, this project is massive at a time when European gas will be in great demand. Look at how Germany etc have had to buy gas from Vlad and supported him with revenue for his war. Longstanding discussions have been taking place re this valuable farm out. What if.........just what if, the deal has been sketched out and just subject to this valuable field extension. Numbers now massively add up for the third party and with confidence they can now announce heads of terms. Watch this spice!

Eldwick......they are selling 50% for a price for the as yet non-commercial Deeps. The funding will hopefully get them to flow commercially, we can then book the mmbls as an asset valued for sale at much more than 85m. All this makes 2025 a very exciting year for Casp

Think we need to wait and see how many of the assets are sold and what funding is required for the new mining venture. Whether they opt for a monthly million like last time, or a one-off lump. Question is will the month-end February date be extended again?

Taverham........pending sale of MJF & South Y, now pending sale of The Deeps? We have the other site at West Shalva to continue our 'exploration' for more assets. The CE will in my opinion be sold once further drilling in The Caspian is planned. They will move into mining and distribute what's not needed to shareholders ( ie mostly themselves ) by Special Divi.

I'm certain this signifies the flowing and sale of The Deeps.

Ah read the RNS again. They've sold half The Deeps to a 'middle eastern company' for $85m. I suppose once all the scrap metal blockages are removed and the A's flow, then we'll get much more from the 'middle eastern company' for the remaining 50%?

As has been said, things happening behind the scenes. I had considered with my recent top up that matters had to move on The Deeps. Finance it is then from some mysterious source suddenly. I had thought discussions would be about selling, but finance it is. So does this point to current asset sale proceeds earmarked for special divi?

Watching the sp closely. Don't wish to increase my average, but need to get more before the special divi. Can't afford to miss the Record Date.

Poor communication imho. If they've deserved a bonus for any performance then this should be stated after good results and what specifically they've achieved. Exercising an option before news is also a little strange? Will they now sell these shares, or are they acquiring before good news? It may just be something big is happening.

Big question is how they will deal with all the imminent revenue.....nice dividend anyone?

Have to smile at the goings on latterly in CNR and now in MTL. Who'd a thunk it would have played out like it has?
