It mentions biotechs specifically, but I guess there's a lot of truth in the way they describe the direction the UK stock market is going. It's a good hour but worth it for those interested.

Hannam would clearly let other interested parties be aware of any deal with the relevant terms. The company ie Jimmy would then have some hours to consider while H did their work. We are getting close now to something being made public by RNS.
