The bonds have nothing to do with the sp. The sp could be 0p for what they care, it doesnt affect the bond sale.

Dont forget as well Norges.

Jimbo, the question is, why should it not go to 5 p. Its gone from 30+ to 13p, so what's stopping it? Equally, why should it not recover to 20p?

The shorts have as much certainty about the daily sp swings as we have in my opinion casual. Nil.

Appychap, I hope so. But due to past experience, this is not as low as I think is possible. Luckily I love losing money, the pain gives me a good kick, so I will stay put.

But we didn't finish on days low, so I am slightly more optimistic about tomorrow. Not much though, because as a rule of thumb, sxx will always drop lower than you think possible.

There is no driver for the sp fall, I suspect its just boredom. Too low to sell now. I stay put., will probably top up. Bet norges and the quataries are not pleased though.

Not such bad advise. Us long term holders were looking forward to so many milestones that would boost the SP, and all turned out to do the opposite. Planning permission, st1, off takes, more off stakes, start of construction, more off takes, st 2, to name but a few. The last chance for the sp to rise now is the actual completion of the mine, and that wont be for another 3 years.
I do not believe that the successful sale of the bonds will do anything material to the sp.

I can tell you, and I think on behalf of others too, that the last thing I intend to do is to get out at this ridiculous share price. This would crystallise and unfortunate paper loss into an actual loss. Just not worth it at this level.

And for what? To stick the money into another share that has more scope of rising? Is that guaranteed?
So does that mean I bought SXX high, and now its a good idea to get out while its low? Buy high, sell low? Sound investing strategy.

It's relatively easy to see 5p. They are not much smaller than the 10p coins.

14, 13, 12p..8p.....who cares. Makes no difference anymore at this stage does it. Those who have stuck around, like me, are already so far down, that whats left doesn't really matter anymore.

I will be patient, and in a few years time I shall see that the SP is back at my average buy price.

MM's have no mechanism to "take the price down". Therefore it would be silly to convey some "coded" message to other MM's as it just cannot happen.

I could buy or sell 300 shares, but I wouldn't, because of the dealing fees.

Actually, from my point of view the SP being that low is quite surprising, considering what it was when the project was still wearing nappy's.
Or maybe it was surprising how high the SP was back then?
