I agree with you. The construction is the easy bit, and the financial engineering the hard bit. But the fundamentals are quite clearly very good. You must be unaware of the projections.

Yes. Looks like we will need to watch the world economy in the next few weeks as a gauge as to wether or not sxx will succeed the second time around. But if I was a bond investor I would be critical of a company who didn't succeed at first and needs to try again.

Thought the bonds going at a high rate was not good. But bonds not going at all is something else.
