They dont know how to run the company so they need a consultant. This was shareholders funds get spent on directors AND consultants. Its a brilliant strategy to destroy shareholder value.

P140 discussions have been going on for years and years and nothing has ever become of it apart from one placing after another.

This is a lifestyle company and the only benefactors are the directors.

No one really knows what P140 is, but certainly no majors are remotely interested.
