The more the sp sinks, which it is, the less the offer price will need to be. Now anything over 180p looks attractive.

One this goes to 100p it will make 150p look like to great offer.

At this stage a take over at 190p to 200p would already represent a considerably premium to the current shareprice for holders.

Cant see any offer being more than 200p given this is now trading sub 150p

You get this on every share board. People claiming not to be invested nor short, just having an interest in the share and spending all day posting negative dross when the sp is down, and disappearing when the sp goes up. These are more often than not either paid derampers, disgruntled ex-employees, or former customers feeling hard done by the company. They go when the sp recovers.
