Think the bit that some peeps miss, is that time....is money! As far as TikTok is concerned the void left by them will be filled by competitors within 3 months. From $20B to zero worth in short order. Many well known potential buyers do not have time to f...nny about. The quickest to establish and solidify market share, will win the day. It is speed that is of the essence here. And 7Dig are right in the middle of this game......of speed...…..where velocity of transaction (money) is paramount. Yes, perhaps another company can create a bank of music licences, but it would take such a long time (years), any such company would lose the edge and a very major chunk of market share. Triller are poised! (at little cost) and can provide instantly via 7Dig. And then any such buyer would want to block competition, even Triller right now are in that position. If 7Dig survive the year without being bought out.....I'd be very surprised. 7Dig is the fulcrum for market share...…… If Chinese licence takes more than 2 weeks (even one week).....Bytedance will lose any proposed deal. IMHO DYOR

Not necessarily, and not what Chinese licence requirements state. Very much depends if Tiktok can sell its interest without tripping over the new regulations. Wait and see.

Just shows how quickly things can change. China now got to approve the Tiktok deal it seems. If there is any delay whatsoever, in it providing its licence, Tiktok value in the west will go down the tubes as competitors quickly fill the space.

Hmmm.....gets a bit more interesting when you look at Trillers website, which names all its music partners (about 15) but no mention of 7Dig. Me wonders why not. Triller trying to conceal its deal with 7Dig?......and given access to 80 million recordings, are many of these partners about to become history? Money saved?...……..long term security for Triller? ..........equals????

Not really sure what's going on with China this year but if not content shooting themselves in the foot several times, this is a shot to the groin. While bleeding out over next two months awaiting licence approval, (and time being of the essence) Triller have a once in a lifetime opportunity to invade US, Canada, India, Australia and NZ markets unhindered. This licence issue is likely to put any negotiations with Tiktok sale in the bin (who will take the risk....who will suspend any deal on China issuing a licence sometime maybe never), while Triller take over the market in the west. Give it three/four months...….Toktok will have no value in the west whatsoever!

Appears China imposed new export rules on Friday that may block or delay any Tiktok sale...….or at least prevent the sale of personalised data in the sale of Tiktok. Interesting. If sale of Tiktok at best delayed, because Bytedance need a licence, then I believe Proxima Media's Triller platform will explode and become the wests edition of Tiktok in very short order. Tiktok will consequently have no value in the west within six months. Interesting times! Triller set to make a killing...….errr…….and 7Dig too.

Under the radar. We don't know what our % ownership of Bytedance is, but whatever. Circa £650K seed funds in May 2019 will see this SP go through the roof. We are due an RNS from this company, to make us aware of numbers. Maybe Tuesday, after the deal has been announced. Don't think the market will want the mayhem of a colossal rise, so likely suspension?

Commercial realities would suggest we will get an announcement once the mystery contract party has announced.
