Facts appear to be.....we don't know! When you start crunching the numbers here, the worst case scenanrio brings out numbers that blow the mind!

Just thinking MAc about conversation last night. Given Russian Gov have the rights to these other nine licence areas, I doubt that we would need any licences to start mining these nine. I don't think licences will be needed for these new resources.

The fees are a red herring. As far as I am aware, these new liceneces give EUA first dibs on any prospect within a 5KM radius of any of these new licences. That's the point. We've gone viral!!!!!
