DS stated January....."more complicated than expected".
So, three options:
Buyer wants access to bigger acresage..... and knows DS has that influence before coming to a deal;
OR: Russian Gov, is saying hod on a minute........these are Russian Natural Resources, we want a stake and influence; (and we want NN);
OR BOD are selling tenaments, and going to so the same with the next nine, extending licences a further 5KM each time under Russian Law...and then sell. (I actually do not think we are that interested in mining itself)
Make no mistake........contacts for each of these scenarios are already drafted. What do you think DLA Piper has been doing!!!!

II have 100m sharess at average of 24p, but not happy with my position. I want 500m.
There's news which is contrary to my aspirations. My averga is 24p at the moment. Price is 34p. Okay.
I will short in tranches of whatever all day to value of 50m shares driving price down. Scare PI's, and get my average down to 27p for 500M...instead of everage of 24p for 100M.
I only do this because I know where this is going.

ii's are not selling...they are shorting their own stock to scare PI's and accumulate. Hence concerted bot fly efforts today. Their master is the ii.
We have seen this countless times, accusing MM's for the results. IMHO it is not. MM's...it is the ii's.

Imagine. I have 240m shares at average 24p. I repreadily sell on a short, backed up from my long holding.Not selling......shorting. Repeated multiple times during a trading day. The price will plummet. PI's will sell, and I will accumulate reducing my average.;;;;waitng for what I expect.
Tilly is right to watch ii involvement, but beware......the greater the ii influence, the greater the chance you will be scared out of your shares......which they want!

They will short their own shares which are in healthy profit.......to accumuate more. The price may in cnsequence go to 27p or less. They don't care, they are still in profit, and managing to accumulate massively, from scared PI's
