I agree with you,having been a shareholder a number of years most of them bad and where they were not making any money and cutting the dividend i was looking forward to a few years of high gold price plenty of cash flow and a good divi

You are not getting 163p in cash you are getting 698 Anglo shares for every 10,000 Centamin shares

So you multiply the current Anglo share price by 698 and then the total you exchange it from dollars to pounds and then add on 9p cash and thats what the deal is worth today should you be able to sell them

You need the Anglo share pricre at 28.8 to get the total of 163p

With falling gold prices and Anglo and Cey following this surely hasnt got a chance of suceeding especially with the fact that some wont want to hold Anglo anyway
