RE: 2024 FY results20 Feb 2025 12:34
these are back of a *** packet numbers
2024 aisc was 1,600 and average gold price was 2,400 a difference of 800 dollars.there fcf was 942m and they produced 2.6m ounces.this means for every 1m ounces produced they are making 362m dollars,
2025 they say that aisc will be about 1,700 and with gold at say an average of 2,800 the difference is 1,100,so i reckon they will make about 500m per 1m produced so we are already at 1.3bn
they say that production will increase in 2025 to 2.9 to 3.2m ounces so even if we say 3m ounces that is an additional 400,000 more than last year so this has got to add at least another 200m so we get to about 1.5bn free cash flow and thats withat gold at 2,800
so i can see that a dividend will be about 1.5 dollars which is easy at a share price of about 30 dolllars equates to 5%
i am sure that somebody else can simplify it with an algorithm, but it gives you some idea
