As Anglo keeps falling i would rather loose 10p a share with Cey and stay with it

I am voting No

At current Anglo price the deal is worth about 141 plus 12p cash,so thats what you would get if the price is the same on completion and you sold up on the dau So you are not getting 163p as the deal stated

Appreciate Anglo price could go up in the meantime but on current performance it has been really weak

Barclays increased their holding to 5.2% yesterday

If this does go through then it might be December before it is finalised which is plenty of time to sell or sell Anglo on completion

Gold only down a few dollars,Endeavour down less than 1% so not really similar,so why is Anglo down over 2% and Cey down 3%

I have been wondering the same,the shre price dropped to 1.20 before the bid although gold was higher at the time.,whe the price was 1.30.Perhaps they were keeping the price low so that the offer looked better.Without the bid it should be at least 1.35.

In response to your question Anglo pre market yesterday were well above $28 but dropped back on opening to 27.50 so Cey responded to this before closing

Once again pre market is above 28 so we will have to see what happens.I think the price is linked to Anglo now and not gold

After the rate cut gold well up and Anglo back to 28.59
