One response to the deleted messages might be to flood the board with such comments, using a different topic heading each time. (If they were all in one topic it would be easy to delete the whole topic).
Multiple topics would keep Sarah busy!
Thanks for all you're doing, Richard - many appreciate it.
By not engaging with the SAG, the BOD are displaying a great deal of arrogance bordering on pomposity.
300+ shareholders who feel wronged and aggrieved will soon challenge them and demand answers.
And surely by now, JP must have realised that the probability of him being investigated by one or more regulatory bodies is no longer something he can ignore. He can run, but he can't hide.
I spent an hour today looking into JP's growing list of Executive appointments, some of which bestow large numbers of share options and high salary. Scanned the chat boards too - there is growing discontent on all, with some very strong anti-JP feelings being expressed by disillusioned/angry holders. Word seems to be getting around.
I see JP is being joined at RGM by Ewen Ainsworth of NTOG, and we know what's happened to NTOG's SP in the last 3 years. Will RGM be treated by those two gentlemen as another cash cow to be milked dry?
I'm sorry this post refers to shares other than SOU, but it may help those trying to build a bigger picture of JP. When you start to build that bigger picture, it goes rather deep, and becomes quite a web of interconnected parties, troughing, and management benefits, whilst the PIs suffer. Ok, this is AIM, but it doesn't mean it's right.
Finally, isn't it a bit incongruent that JP is (supposedly) flying flags for the oil and gas industry (Sound) at the same time as saying that batteries (RGM) are the future of energy?
Sound, Coro, Echo and RGM are all down today by differing degrees, Sound being the biggest drop.
And AST are still in suspension.
Clearly JP has the Midas touch, but it's upside down...
James Parsons has now been awarded 1,385,894 options in AST, and he's only just started there.
Talk about rinse and repeat...
As far as I'm concerned, having suffered greatly at the hands of JP over the years in multiple holdings, his appointment will be the kiss of death for PIs here.
I'm out, despite taking a big hit. This share will only go one way now.
Make that 42% down and lots of bailouts. JP's reputation is dropping like a stone.
...and down 31% on the news.
may HAVE ... :)
Perhaps the codes go something like this...
Suppose there are sales of 16 shares, then 24, then 11.
16 = Party tonight
24 = John's place
11 = Bring bottle and bird.
Conspiracy theory types believe it's MMs sending secret coded messages to each other.
I doubt that, Levelup, it was too sudden.
No worries mate. Our posts crossed at the same time.
No he didn't, Bozzy. Check the facts.
Agreed, PS. The whole article seems "mechanically" written, as if by a software program.
Little, if any, human input.
Looks like Yahoo Finance have misinterpreted the deal. I'm sure Brian's preference would have been for a cash payout, not shares.
...have... :)
Ouija board...
I've noticed that, Tableleg. Also, the really big buys are being split and shown as smaller buys. Perhaps someone trying to keep under the radar?
