Last week Tullow were producing approx 87kpbd. Share price was 141 with uncertainty re Jethro and Joe and Carapa results not yet in. Next year they guiding a possible 80kbpd .

Yeah I read that story. Doesn't make any sense to me, They have exposure to $380m of bonds so they short approx $170m worth of stock ? What about the other 9% of stock on loan. Also why did they only start shorting so heavily about 5 months ago, and why did the shorts reduce on RKH at the same time ?
The shorts have been ramping up for Sealion in my view which is why I have switched from holding Premier Oil to this.
As Nigoil says big massive humongous buy !

I don't think Premier will update until a bid has been accepted. But rumors of the bidders and amounts will be out next week.
