It always gets me when people on an oil forum seem to be bearish on Oil with E.V.s over supply, shale talk. If your not bullish on oil then you want to be looking at other investments. I don't see any reason why you would be putting money into a future oil producer.

$60 not so likely when the shale dream comes to a screeching halt, the EV dream crashes. EROI comes home to roost, IMO 2020, Saudis want $80 + Most E&Ps are ok with around $75 ( not my words but people in the know )

The board have to have some trust in the CEO and exploration director, its not their job to micro-manage everything. Not making excuses but thats just how it is.
Don't know if this is selling, more shorts or a shorts final push. Not good to be short an oil company with the Iran situation. Could see another $10 spike in Brent.
