Rolls Royce has been my most lucrative investment - I've managed to sell high and buy back much lower on several occasions and intend to hold for the medium to long term. I took advantage of today's fall and topped up again to lower average cost. Last week, RR went up by nearly £2.

Mad Mullahs' - You're kidding. Trump has gone along with Israel and started an illegal war - Trump is a puppet. Iran has every right to defend itself from any attacks and for Trump to think they wouldn't, is stupidity. Furthermore, to think, any attacks wouldn't affect oil and gas supplies, or that any war would be over in one week, just highlights Trump's naivety. Obama and Biden knew that this and refused to go along with Netanyahu's dream for the Middle East. If you wanna blame anyone, blame Trump and Netanyahu for the obvious market turmoil.

Silver is currently down $3.44 - I expect another big sp drop today. Still holding though.

The Fresnillo SP is doing well given that Silver is currently down $3. If silver hadn't fallen so much today, my guess is that the SP would have been up £2-3 today.

JP Morgan reiterated £13.20 today - odd given that the SP is £14ish. I've never been a fan of JP Morgan!!

A great journey indeed. I've decided to take some profits. Will buy back in if price falls, but otherwise, far East cruise.

Gold and silver are only going to go up for sure. I think $6300 is too conservative. The dollar is fast losing its status as the reserve currency and being replaced by gold and silver. The dollar is losing value by the day. Silver and gold are real money. No way in selling Fresnillo as I believe in the above. I have no idea where the SP is going in the short term - one thing for sure is that the current pm action is pure price manipulation.

I've been following the precious metals for many years and been reading about the price manipulation and paper market fraud. It's long been rumoured that many central banks and precious metal dealers who sell and store don't even have the precious metals in their vaults. Germany wants repatriation of their gold - I don't think they'll get it ever. Interesting week ahead of us.

I watched the YouTube link. I've double checked and what he says is correct. Today's price action doesn't make sense. You can't buy silver, presumably cos there isn't any, yet the price falls. I've been watching videos and listening to podcasts for over 15 years about market manipulation and especially targeted manipulation on Fridays.

The reasons i bought in to pm's and mining shares remain - in fact the reasons have got stronger. I still believe that $8000 gold and $300 silver this year will happen.

This says it all. It's all rigged. They (the banksters) will lose the battle. Silver and gold are winning. They have to stop sales. Many gold commentators believe that governments will seize gold and silver from the peasants.

Desperation - I agree. They don't be able to stop the rot. Gold and silver are destined to prevail. Time has shown that currency needs to be pegged to gold or it fails. My guess is that at some point the currencies will be pegged to a basket of precious metals.

'may not lean quite so easy on U.S. monetary policy' - it's crazy. This is all it took. The USA economy is ducked. The dollar is collapsing. 37 trillion defecit. Probably 38 trillion already. Wars galore. Tariffs, embargoes. The fed chair won't be able to change anything. Only safe assets are gold and silver. History tells us this. The AI, microprocessor, and industrial demand for silver isn't going to decrease. The USA has declared silver to be a national security issue - the whole world needs silver.

I enjoy the Daneiela Cambone interviews, along with Kitco and Mike Maloney. Silver and gold are heading much higher for sure. As I stated in my previous post, nothing has changed. Fiat currencies are failing.- the dollar collapse is inevitable. The purchasing power of the dollar is weakening and will only worsen as much of the world abandons the dollar as the reserve currency. This week is a necessary correction. I'd like to see sideways action and consolidation in the gold and silver price for a few months. I suspect it'll be a week or so before the next leg up. Fresnillo profits are going to be massive at full year results, but won't include the current price of the pm's.

On the weekly chart, nothing has changed. The demand for silver hasn't evaporated - in fact, with every passing day, the demand is increasing. Equally, gold is still being bought by central banks at record levels. I suspect a great deal of manipulation and paper trades at play.

Gold is back to where it was last Friday. This is perfectly healthy and good for gold. The gold price rose far too quickly and needs a period of sideways consolidation before the next phase upwards. I see the recent Fresnillo share price action telling us the potential and how high it can go. We'll be back at £45+ within a couple of months during which the weak hands will have been shaken out.
