Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
Difficult few days to watch the shenanigans that have gone on with the SP.Faith and confidence in the research of the knowledgeable here have hardened my resolve to grip these shares even tighter.(Admittedly made easier with a low entry price). Some here would have you believe the company have shut up shop for the winter and gone into hibernation til next March with no prospect of newsflow in the meantime. Not so.Delays to the timeline alright but news could land at anytime ,particularly from SRRA,further funding, licensing etc. When a 10k director buy can have the effect we’ve seen today, what will positive news do to the SP if/when it comes out of the blue? We know all too well SAR has never been a leaky ship and that potential partners are being kept abreast of the progress being made.To the MMs,tough sh*t but you won’t be having my shares til the rotund female starts singing sweetly !
Don’t worry MADD,we won’t shoot the messenger, credit where it’s due! Maybe the fireworks for Hallowe’en are about to go off.Roll on Monday

Comparing Sar share price performance to buying fruit in a supermarket that’s going off whilst mm’s play around with low volume manipulation sounds like either sour grapes or an apple rotten to the core to me !
Patience as ever, hold the golden tickets tightly boys and girls
Interesting analysis and valuations RMM,thanks for sharing with the board. My thoughts are how much of the potential will end up in shareholder’s hands as and when big pharma decide to pull the trigger to buy us out ?Each step along the road surely adds significantly to the TO price IMO and the timeline is getting shorter. The figure of 56p ,pre Agile ,for total valuation gets my juices flowing as I feel ,like most here that Agile will happen for us.It’s going to be a very interesting few weeks ,that’s for sure.
GLA LTHs Enjoy the rest of the weekend
Good finish to the week with the expected news flow to start shortly.Positive utterances from the company should propel this upward fairly quickly from this consolidated base. With regards to the numpties who have infiltrated the board recently, all I can say is spare a thought for the 10 out of 10 mice who contributed more on Sar’s journey than these muppets !
GLA genuine investors for the week/weeks ahead.
I agree with you Num4 about not getting too hung up about the warrants at present.I think the investment case put forward to our HNWI to garner the £2.4m by the company will have reassured him/her as to the likely pathway ahead. The warrants have 5 years before expiration.I would think our HWNI will have plenty of opportunity along the way up to and including 1802 on increasing value accretion to exercise these warrants on very favourable terms or upon T/O should that happen first. If it’s T/O then the price will have multi bagged anyway.
I think it’ll be a good blue day tomorrow too Ahfam.Comms from the PR side of the company now coming at very timely intervals. Also a lot will have been taught a harsh lesson by the shenanigans of yesterday and today.Certainly won’t be as easy to prise shares from holders tomorrow. As for wombles, I used the filter button early this morning and it works a treat ! GLA Keep the faith,Patience and trust the company and more importantly, the science
I’m happy to see another blue finish today following on from the last number of sessions.Unless you were hoping to topslice nearer to the 10p level which it didn’t quite achieve today,I think we’ve done well, the progress is steadily moving forward.I am encouraged that the HNW individual has come back for second helpings at a higher strike rate in terms of share and warrant entry levels, shows confidence IMO.Unfortunately with high volume days like today,it brings a lot of the muppets to the board with multiple posts that don’t really add value ,often only following the momentum of a rising share price but more often than not armed with very little company research. It’s no wonder many are caught out by the spikes. As an investor and believer in the scientific research communicated to us by the company,I am happy to hold for gold and let the science do the talking.A day like today probably gives us an indication of what’s likely to happen intraday when we begin moving up the gears. In one way it’s preparation for the inevitable shenanigans when the MM’s will attempt to prise the golden tickets away from us.As thoth2 says, patience required.Onwards and upwards! GLA
Evening all,
End of great week for Sar.Well done all ! Volume does suggest promising news.Waiting patiently, quite relaxed and positive.Onwards and upwards.
Have a good weekend,GLA
Hi Krone,
Just wondering if you read those dates opposite Thomson and Dilly signatures as November 9th and 10th respectively rather than 11th September 2020 ?
My take on this morning’s trading statement is that Sar are following a prudent strategy. In the current climate .Delays surrounding external labs to be expected with additional pressure around COVID and are beyond our control.Best focus on the near term COVID research work which appears to be progressing favourably and hopefully will enter Agile program with the benefit of the larger funding available. As Num4 and Thoth have alluded to we can then piggyback this funding and additional research findings into the autoimmune and cancer work.I see it as a prudent step with tight resources at our disposal presently and am happy to hold and confident it will be a building block towards a more sustainable SP over the next couple of months.Anyhow I’m off for my first vaccine jab this morning,so lots to look forward to.Onward bound.
My condolences to you and your family SOG
Quite
What I mean Zylo is that I would expect that conversations are taking place about the levels that would / could be put to shareholders and would be deemed to be ballpark fair value to the board.Obv.tabled bids would need shareholder approval. However I imagine there’s quiet a gap in the figures at present
SOG,I’m not inclined towards T/O myself, but think predators might feel a low ball might sway the lads.I think that won’t happen, they seem quite confident in the compounds.AGILE would be a real boost ,takes funding off the table and puts immuno firmly in the frame.Combo/ licencing for 1802 further down the road ,the icing on the cake.Difficult to fwd price these,so many possibilities/indications.RMM figures based on small market share,in certain indications, truly mouthwatering.Choice of indications all important now
IMO ,I agree I think it’s COVID related.SP got frisky quite quickly afternoon.Recent noises out of Pampisford are being well received by the powers that be I would suggest.Must be at that juncture where it’s a case of ‘Can’t afford not to fund it further’.Political pressure will be building also I suspect. If this is so,brilliant in it own right, but also strengthens the cause for the molecules in original research work and puts us firmly in the shop window with big pharma for T/O ,Licencing or collaborative study/financing.If the rise is COVID news it certainly focuses attention on us,whatever the resulting impact is on SP,who knows but I would imagine 10p plus for starters.GLA
Thanks guys
Thanks Blastoid,I check in on boards of the shares I’m invested in pretty much every day and I have to say this is by far the most informed, constructive and civil of the lot ( unusual for most other AIM listed IMO )Long may it last although I fear within a short period and hopefully upward SP that might change and the filter button will need to be applied!
I looked at December RNS re funding from UKRI.Approx 6 months timeframe for study almost up.Tim references mid year also for CTA submission.Showtime I feel is almost upon us.A lot of work in the gym has been done and Sar hopefully soon jumps into the spotlight of the ring to show to all what prep has been undertaken in training camp.I’m relatively newly invested here ,just over a year or so.Decent return thus far and excited about prospects for next leg up.Came upon Sar for immuno/oncology potential initially. As others here have relayed themselves,I too have lost close family to COVID.Most recently an uncle, gone within 10 days of first showing of symptoms.I don’t have a medical background so I’m more than grateful to the knowledgeable LTH’s /sleuths for posting and interpreting the research. They’ve dug out some real gems and in some cases IMO prompted responses from the company. It’s kept me onboard.Much respect to all at Sareum for their dedication and research.Hopefully soon enough “the world will know” and it will benefit us shareholders and more importantly,COVID,cancer patients and sufferers of other diseases where our molecules might provide new and innovative help.
