Once the technology DMG up and running and proven I doubt any customer bother about the development stages.
They want their trash got rid of and if DMG does what it says on the tin, that is all customers care about.
For clarity I wrote to the Eu commission address via JT, website and asked if unproven tech could be considered? Coherent enough for all?
Getting the a local municipality to agree to forward your grant application and getting it accepted is two different strings on a bow. Municipality is desperate and not best objective any situation.
Maybe fund one unproven DMG, unit under terms of "innovation" but not ten. And the big established players in the area -see a previous post, link to one- they will get first bite at everything.
Any funding will be quick swallowed up.
"each should be coherent" What be a coherent project? Without a commercial proven DMG , unit operational we must get the fine detail to the terms and conditions and grant application?
Toyota, agreement still alive?

I'm not concerned based upon been no delay. If GC hadn't made that comment about "imminent".
The government has never given us a delay from fact no timetable was ever published.
It's my view they want the recent awarded contracts completed before they move forward?
Peel, sitting on the DMG site while getting on with in their words 'proven technology' next door.
No argument about DMG, uk planning only Poland.
Maybe I should check the Scottish site? I'm location not too far away at this moment.
PHE stuck with Peel on an exclusive deal until August 2022 and Peel, work on the (protos) site at their leisure, we will eventual obtain at what speed?
As wrote before I'm with concern Peel, maybe wait until Poland comes through? Poland, maybe in trouble given their government are refusal comply EU, laws and EU could withdraw funding.
There is one thing having a project eligible gain EU, funding, another is actual attainment. I'd prefer some evidence that HUI, polish subsidiary already seen success in its application gain EU, grant aid.
To those allegations chaps stop writing while are looking in the mirror. Testy has long since accepted he is that what he does label. Chao.
Take some material solid news shift this stock. We can but wait.
Nickel anyone?
Piltick is hardly credible that no one knew the answer? I'd say those are the gullible and unsound minds. But hey, make your own reality chaps. Take your minds off of zero having gone on at Protos.
And the data in that link isn't yet validated. Commercial Register of Poland, soon tell all. Plus the local municipality to obtain any permits been given.
Testy dear chap, glad are here following a leader. ;)
And upon the news all want to bury "nought happening with your investment at Protos" later in the year all. )
More Mondays like this.
Shall we soon final obtain a new sp high?
Buck more an hour than you're making Swazer dear chap.
Eventually I found this article far more data than I've found at HUI website. Just a visit to the Polish commercial register to confirm.

The substation plot is with transformer? This if so indicates that the export feed be in place? They ain't going to drop in a transformer unless live cable? Video of that up very close please next visit, if possible?
50 metre distance doesn't concern if its specific or dedicated to 10B?
Warehouses are prefabricated off site and the build move rapid. I guess the tarmac on the road be our cue to go 10B. We await further works.
2023, timetable remains possible if those long lead items ready? Year of testing 2024 commercial builds roll out a factory or factories?
Anyone got the site address of Kolin, Poland? Name of HUI's Polish subsidiary company be a bonus?
Ledzep, many thanks this is exactly what we need, visuals to prove or disprove? Your video is worth a huge fortune again, many, many thanks.
Have you any idea where the export/import electrical cable be coming from, must be a substation from where works start?
The hydrogen pipes you mentioned there is a machine that bores a small horizontal tunnel and mere slide in a pipe, perhaps reason not installed?
EU distribution of funds is on a member b basis.
Each member is given a set amount of funds. As each member state has its own language, etc, the government hold those funds allow in country businesses then apply.
These unds arrive with strict rules and the EU, can and does often force investigations into misuse. These investigations again carried out in country by designated officials police, etc.
The EU, up until recent recent never sought reduce the distribution grant aid to non compliant members up until this year.
To say that private business won't be affected is misleading as where the EU, grant is located each successful applicant is in fact within government.
Now I doubt that double subsidy be legal? That a private company could obtain EU, grant aid and government funds?
Another question. What is the Polish trading vehicle of HUI, within Poland? What Polish company shall be the operator of the DMG unit?
Feb 2022
https://www.hrw.org/news/2022/02/16/eu-top-court-approves-linking-eu-funds-rule-law
The decision on February 16, 2022 by the Court of Justice of the European Union to allow EU institutions to tie funding to EU states to respect for the rule of law clears the way for strong action by the European Commission, Human Rights Watch said today. The EU Court’s ruling dismissed the actions brought by Hungary and Poland against the new conditionality mechanism.
If I had the answers I would be in or not Here? None coming from any direction.
I never doubted DMG, not find one critism of. Find no criticism of DNV, who validated DMG. I never doubted Engsolve and their ability to deliver DMG.
This answers a question. Peel don't develop they lose all rights.
"light of this progress and the continued commitment from both parties to work collaboratively towards the delivery of a pipeline of DMG facilities in the UK, the Company and Peel NRE have agreed extensions to the date of termination rights within the Collaboration Agreement (to 31 August 2022) and to Peel NRE’s Exclusivity Option End date (to 31 August 2022). This reflects the confidence the parties have in completing Protos and in their ongoing collaborative arrangements."
Some point will dig out the interview with Keith and were discuss not getting paid.
Dr anomaly least you admit the facts are not good; negative.
Perhaps reason you refuse to confront comments that are genuine in existence prefer just try ignore in hope the situation change sooner rather than later. Worse case the situation doesn't change?
Want me to "shut up" who be you Putin? Be threatening me with violence next? Scroll back far enough on this board you'll find my posts.
Serious concerns and only practical answers those we don't have and what be the delay?
1 long lead items ordered previous year built? In storage? Even left the drawing board? 2 Protos import and export electrical cable scheduled completion this month? This cable or percentage of its capacity assigned to DMG? Or we wait until end of year? 3 Examine Peel's project list some of are years old sitting awaiting further investment? 4 Linde also working on multiple projects no guarantee of DMG? What if Peel stall are we stuck in a contract inability remove Peel? Same at Linde?
We don't require ten DMG plants we require one, a test plant to prove commercial DMG unit be capable.
The original unit was sold basis small foot print that could just off load from a truck, plug into the grid, add feedstock, and from that was be fully functional? At a luxury could house within any structural sound warehouse? All got rather too complex and expensive perhaps that be a problem Peel, cannot spend the funds?

Anything over fifty pence cannot complain. Just have to wait obtain if the quid plus share happens?
Wolves, I sold all my phe stock having bought majority sub penny.
Very rare if ever I post negative on a stock. At one time I was one biggest fan boy's of phe.
I'm aware all the questions I posted could be answered in a few days or weeks.
You perhaps know the city boy's they don't often require a conversation to agree they all just move together in one mass? And perhaps the consensus be that it's not going to be phe's day. Plenty of technology never seen an originator bring to market?
Time will tell.
Something to read until we get there (Ramadan).

Shell were approached very early on in PHE’s life.
Linde Group right now is with dozens and dozens of hydrogen projects of PHE, only one. Concern is the planning any site allocated or it’s our belief to be allocated to DMG, could be swapped out in-place another hydrogen project?
In handing over project development to a big player this sometimes pushes back other big companies? Sit back & allow one to disprove or prove the technology.
Danger is they lose interest and focus attention elsewhere on more proven technology. Peel, an example with its projects as one of posted by Nut.
