Re a placing. The Value disconnect here is so dramatic it has a very strong case to be a premium one.

For a £2m MC that is quite ridiculous.

It’s quite the perfect storm for TYM. CEO picked up the 5 licences when the political landscape in Zambia was very unfavourable n copper value was so so n no one was greatly interested. Fast forward the political winds have Done a complete 180 there’s a scramble for Zambia licences cos the grades r world class n copper is going and will continue to go mental cos it’s the new oil n the green revolution can’t happen without it and demand is already outstripping supply and that is predicted by many many analysts to only widen.

I believe TYM r pushing for an upfront payment on the next JV. Look at how hardball TYM were on the last JV with FQM, ( FQM have to prove a min of $700 mill of in-ground value BEFORE earning ANY interest in the project. And that could be after paying TYM $2mil in staged payments! )

A most compelling investment case is unfolding n some peeps r beginning to see it.

FQM first assays due imminently

Kobold due anytime.

Re Mushima North, as we know TYM n FQM already have a data sharing agreement.

I guess it’s an informal agreement n if anything potentially juicy / potentially commercial transpires ( it has, I.e the silver ) a JV could then be entered into whereby FQM contribute £

Recent silver assays must have raised FQMs eyebrows, along with the prior copper assays..

Some speculation on Telegram and Adv that a JV on Mupala makes very good sense. I agree. Anglo wanted it but TYM beat them to it. That's a fact stated by TYM

I think looking ahead to the terms of a (possible ) JV it’s worth remembering TYMs tough negotiations on the Mukai FQM tie up...

Surely that has to be one of the financing options being considered by mgt. lack of finance visibility going forward is a tight handbrake on all the other exciting projects here included FUNDED JV's.

For a £1.6 mill MC this is looking interesting.

clarity on funds for the next round of drilling is the big. cash will be req'd. Good news from kobold or FQM due anytime cud rocket this, then get a placing away much higher.
