Another reason ARKs JV % might be under the hammer..

Glencore recently nominated a director to the G11 board. Glencore own 16% of G11.

Years ago ARK ( CEO Mr Teeling ) strongly intimated Glencore wanted buy ARKs % of the stonepark JV with G11.

Clearly, Glencore have taken a very keen interest in G11 and now have presence at BOD level. Maybe with a view to a future buyout of G11

Before that happens it wud make sense for G11 to tie up loose ends and have all of Stonepark and ARKs %

At the very least maybe Glencore now being on the G11 BOD has promoted a review of sorts.

In my experience presentations often pre-curse a raise. (thats G11 NOT Ark )

Given G11 already raised why do they require more funds.( if indeed they do )

ARK chose to reduce the their JV % holding with G11 on the last Stonepark funding round. Effectively G11 paid for it themselves.

From G11 perspective, If ARK are not going to be contributing going forward what the point them being in the JV. They don't contribute any other way.

Begs the Q, are G11 considering buying ARK's % out?

Assays over 4 weeks late. no new firm guidance on revised timescale given. Are ARK n G11 thrashing out a deal before assays.

A lucrative target. Note those grades.

Thing with Kobold and their JV with TYM as is evidenced by the first hole they only stopped drilling coz the limit of the drill bit technology was met. and they went well over budget on it with no cost to TYM. What a brill JV partner.

The 1st hole was extreme depth. 2nd hole shallower. Ai used to identify drill targets. Option for Kobold to sign up for another 5 or 6 holes for a higher %.

regular updates on hole 2 anticipated.

G11 assays on Stonepark were due end Q1. ( end March )

A month late. N due any day

Trading inside the spread is very often the case on most companies - significantly so at times - so take with a pinch o salt

Kobold n FQM spending more ADDITIONAL $ on JV drilling than TYMs mkt cap. JVs cost TYM nothing

Pandy - I think there's next to no appetite for shorting this now, its a tiny £2mill cap. time to go long (if anything ) but i get your point.

as much as a bull i am here, like in any stock i'll be skimming some profit as it hopefully moves very very strongly up in multi bagging fashion and still be cheap that how ridiculous the SP is imo

mkts r cyclical, loads of stocks bombed out at the mo = some great bargains out there
