SL, All good things....I’m sure all will be revealed very soon. I am guilty of watching the SP and this board daily ... but I’m in for the long run. I felt smug at 39p which was unrealistic and feel down when at 22p which is equally unrealistic,.... but that’s the market. Next year hopefully the only uncertainty remaining will be construction (and black swans). Finance and supply will be sorted.....will we be valued at £1B.....

Market cap nearly down to £1B.... I wonder what it will be in a couple of years...even with dilution, causing short term SP fall, it’s hard to not see the long term upside and a market cap in the multiple billions...

The issue is, as I observe, there are 3 types of holder debating on here, short, medium and long. Short being day traders, out over a day, week, playing the spikes. Medium, maybe hoping for 50p by Xmas, £1 post St2and looking at say 6 months, maybe a year horizon. Then there’s long..... waiting for first poly and longer still divis ... 2025+..... for me..... those exposed to greatest risk are in my opinion, the medium..... I’m here till 2025+

Large window through March 2021 to June 2023 for bonus with a floor of 20% for ‘first production’ thereafter I would summise an early start in production is important due to requirements to pay down the huge loan(s). Production post 2023 pushes all the forecasts back. I wonder how much more costly it becomes due to the delay in paying down the debt? This is a monster of a project....

Where programme is super critical there is often penalties placed on the contractor for delays. I’ve worked on utilities construction where liquidated damages costs have been eye watering, £150k per day for every day late ahead of final completion.Owed by the Principal Contractor to the Employer. Focuses the mind! But, often there will be caveats....I.e if delay due to planning, act if god, or third party issues then LD’s may not apply, will be all in the fine detail,
