Of course you lose credibility Aim. Adam specified multiple orders and products…not a single project where the timelines have slipped a bit. If he says in his next newsletter that he expects multiple orders in H1 2022 will you believe him less or more than last time. Obviously less. That damages sentiment and sentiment drives the sp more than anything else.
Just to be clear, I think the solid cell, presuming all works, will have a stellar reception and we will all benefit. But there may be dips and volatility along the way. If there are I will top up. But it won’t be on the basis of what Bond tells me.
And there is still a bit of December left for him to meet his expectations.
Summary: long term sunshine and high temperatures, with short term storms and occasional thunder.

I have long term faith, but you can’t get away from the fact that, presuming no news in December re new products and orders, Bonds credibility is on a par with Boris. The sp may well react accordingly.

I understand that the two of you occupy opposite ends of the AFC spectrum at present, and you both have the right to be where you are. Sadly the board has declined into name calling and bating recently. Most on here are guilty to some extent, me included, although some behave inexcusably badly (Abe is who I have in mind) with vacuous comments simply designed to rile and cause spite. The irony is that all true LTH's (eg you and Haggis) want the same thing. A good rise in the SP.

I can't help but feel that this board would become a much better place again, and indeed a very useful resource, if we try to keep our comments kind and civil, preferably fact-based or interpretation of facts (because we can all present an opinion respectfully). This actually means quite a lot to me as I have too much money tied up in AFC and, like many, am concerned about the lack of news given the statements made earlier in the year. Such concerns can make us all too emotive, again me included.
So to finish on a positive tone, Merry Christmas too all those who post here....I wish all a safe and prosperous festive season and New Year.

In the grand scheme of things a couple more months does not matter. What does matter is that Bond's credibility will have been shot to pieces and we will not be able to believe anything he says until it actually happens. You can't tell the world late in the year that you expect to announce multiple orders and that you expect to announce multiple new products and then do neither.

There are still a few weeks to go of 2021 so Bond still has time to safeguard his reputation. If nothing happens then he is going to need some heavy spin to salvage anything. Does Bond have the same strange relationship with the trust that someone said Boris has this week (one of his own MPs I think)? If so Allegra Stratton is available to be AFC's new spokesperson.
