So if the market is so big, and AFC has such a large order book why do we have no sales.
Oh…except ABB who are just middle men and need to sell it on to someone else.
How many family cars have we charged?
How many diesel gensets have we replaced?
Which data centres are we powering?
50 leads and not a single solid announcement. The Sp will only recover when the solid cell proves itself. AFC’s behaviour towards shareholders has been lamentable.
In fairness ITM and Ceres have both lost 50% this year. Valuations were a bit frothy.
This does not however excuse the missed expectations and constant over promising and under achieving. Having failed to make the multiple orders in H2 last year I will believe the multiple orders and revenue streams this when I see them, and not because Bond has said they will happen. If he tells me tomorrow is Tuesday I would begin to doubt that fact.
I hope he can re establish trust in him this year. That means better comms and meeting expectations. Especially those he has set himself.
Still think the solid cell will be very successful though.......
So is my newly-qualified son's car, for which he paid £5k as he cant afford anything more, a ponce wagon Haggis? and does that make him a ponce? Or just a young man trying to make his way in the world and doing it as responsibly as he can.
Somebody once referred to you as the best and worst poster on here. Sadly not in equal measure. You are a nasty and narcissitic personality and your opinions are at times vile.
It might be many less than 50 as many of that 50 will have been discounted. It is of concern that so little firm progress re these 50 has been reported.
I think this is all part of now focusing on the S cell (which I think has a real future) rather than the L cell (which personally I think is dead).
I can see no reason. other than shareholder disregard, that AFC can not provide some sort of generic commercial update, although they did say they would try to quantify their commercial pipeline this year.
Those broker sp targets are looking a bit ambitious. Hard to know what will happen. If the posts on here are to be believed we are heading back into the teens or up into the Pounds.
I probably have more idea than you realise!
I am making the point that we have been told we are on the cusp of commercial sales for 5 years. The sp continues to slide. At some point we need to record revenue and be judged against that….as do all companies. Simple as that.
This all looks great. But we need sales of something that AFC has actually developed to commercial viability. ie more than something that "underpins future revenue". Something that provides actual revenue now.
For crying out loud Garmoan stop posting this rubbish.
if you read the article it says that AFC has institutional shareholders. Not exactly news. It also says they bought AFC because they like it. Pretty obvious. And then it says that they might carry on liking it or they might not. Not exactly a road-to-Damascus moment.
AFC did not meet the targets it set last year. on that I think we can all agree. However much of this is because of the progress made by, and the shift to, the S cell. We can expect (we are told) hybrid deployments imminently.
I am uncertain Garmoan as to whether you are a shareholder in over his head with consequent concerns and well being issues, or whether you are trying to manipulate this share for your own gains with this repetitive diatribe. If the latter then nothing I say will cut through your lack of morals and greed, but if the former please try to have some respect for others on the board and their investments and try to post something balanced.
Signs and symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder and the severity of symptoms vary. People with the disorder can:
Have an exaggerated sense of self-importance
Have a sense of entitlement and require constant, excessive admiration
Expect to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it
Exaggerate achievements and talents
Be preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate
Believe they are superior and can only associate with equally special people
Monopolize conversations and belittle or look down on people they perceive as inferior
Expect special favors and unquestioning compliance with their expectations
Take advantage of others to get what they want
Have an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others
Be envious of others and believe others envy them
Behave in an arrogant or haughty manner, coming across as conceited, boastful and pretentious
Insist on having the best of everything — for instance, the best car or office
At the same time, people with narcissistic personality disorder have trouble handling anything they perceive as criticism, and they can:
Become impatient or angry when they don't receive special treatment
Have significant interpersonal problems and easily feel slighted
React with rage or contempt and try to belittle the other person to make themselves appear superior
Have difficulty regulating emotions and behavior
Experience major problems dealing with stress and adapting to change
Feel depressed and moody because they fall short of perfection
Have secret feelings of insecurity, shame, vulnerability and humiliation
Seems to define one of the posters on this board pretty exactly to me. Sensible contributors would be well advised to consider this when reading his posts.
