muldoon96 the TR form from them was September 2021, they sold at loss as the price then was .35

Could someone please explain how TR-1 works, who is obliged to report when someone will pass the threshold of 3%, the shareholder or the company, what is the procedure and what is the time frame they need to do? There were a lot of big buys and no TR-1 from this week. Thank you

EdinLass, I've bought HUR shares for 20k last year when the share was between 2p and 3p. Sold everything yesterday and today for 10.5p. Invested everything in POG and POLY. I have POG 1.34mil at average of 2.66p and 15000 shares of POLY of average £2.68. That's all in my ISA. As I said I am newbie in dividend shares but made a fair amount for the last year. My partner did the same and got 1.4mil POG in ISA as well at average of 3p. I think I know what I am doing, just trying to hear others opinions about dividend shares. I will probably keep the 15000 POLY shares for few years. I am just wondering should I get more by selling POG. I don't want to be greedy, I'll be happy with shares which will pay around 10-15k per year and will double in share price from now :)

What is your opinion for JRS? Is it worth getting some of those? How's the dividend paid there?

Got a 1.3mil of POG and 200.000 HUR and 15.000 POLY. All of them in ISA apart from HUR. What else would you suggest for dividend? Is JRS any good for dividend, let's say 10.000 - 20.000 shares?

Thank you for your replies. It's all in my ISA so no tax to pay. This would be a great earner for me if I get around 10k per year. Then only hold :)

I have only 3-4k investment in other companies. Last summer I have sold every other shares I had and took the gamble by buying only HUR shares. My original investment is around quarter of the value now. With the last RNS from yesterday I think I'll hold at least for next few months but want to hear different opinions.

Hi everyone, as a newbie investor, I have a question what would you guys do in my situation. HUR is one of my first investment at all and I started last year in April/May while the future of HUR didn't looked bright at all, but just because I always tend to look for justice I have invested around 2k. Since then I was constantly buying and now sitting on 1.365mil shares with very low average. All of them are in ISA shares accounts which makes it even better. I know yesterday's RNS was a great one and should only go up from here. The question is at which point you would sale, and would you sale everything or just a percentage? I know this question would get different answers depending on the personal circumstances, but at the moment I don't need money for anything, maybe will need some in 6-12 months for mortgage.
