That's my thoughts as well, somehow I think the CPR is ready and they got it from ERCE but would negotiate buy out price and will let us know in one RNS about the CPR and sale of SundaGas. That's what Allenby have mentioned already :)

THE MINISTER OF PETROLY AND MINERALS TIMOR-LESTE
Dili, Friday, 13 / January / 2023-Minister of Petroleum and Minerals, Dr. Victor da Conceicao Soares, accompanied by the Executive Secretary of MPM, Regina Rodrigues, received the hearing of the new Ambassador of Japan to Timor-Leste, Mr. Tetsuya Kimura, who was accompanied directly by Researchers Ms. Miria Asaba in the Office of the Minister of Petroleum and Minerals.
The hearing was the first visit of the new Ambassador of Japan to the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals, with the aim of continuing to strengthen the working relationship between the Japanese Embassy in Timor-Leste and the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals.

The Minister of Petroleum and Minerals, Dr. Victor da Conceicao Soares, welcomed the new Ambassador, and thanked him for the first visit to the MPM office, and presented a summary of the results of some of the work related to the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals travelling to Japan last year, as well as other relevant services to Ambassador Tetsuya Kimura.
On the same occasion, Ambassador Tetsuya Kimura added that:
- To continue working with the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals;
- They will also invite Japanese companies to invest in Timor-Leste, ? in the Petroleum Sector;
- They always followed discussions between Australia and Timor-Leste on oil issues, and Japan also always supported Timor-Leste's development.

Howe1927, that's pretty much what happened to me on few occasions, I am pretty much all in in BOIL. I know the minute I sell to chase rainbow somewhere else the RNS will land. If you guys want me to do that, will you pay a percentage from your gains to me when I sell and RNS land :))))

Dili, Tuesday, 10 / January / 2023-Minister of Petroleum and Minerals, Dr. Victor da Conceicao Soares, accompanied by the Executive Secretary of the MPM, Regina Rodrigues, and the team from Timor Gap, E.P., held a working coordination meeting with the Minister of Public Works (MOP), Eng0. Abel Pires da Silva is accompanied by a team of technicians from the National Directorate of Construction (DNE-MOP) and Technicians from the Office of the Minister of Public Works.
The meeting took place in the meeting room of the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals, to strengthen the coordination of the work lines between MPM and MOP, in relation to the Tasi Mane Project on the South Coast, conducted by Timor Gap.
The Minister of Petroleum and Minerals, Dr. Victor da Conceicao Soares, stressed that "the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals must work together to strengthen cooperation in the services related to the Tasi Mane Project, especially in the areas of technical services, related to basic infrastructure."
Minister of Public Works (MOP), English0. Abel Pires da Silva also added that, "I am very pleased with the approach of the Minister of Petroleum and Minerals, so MOP is ready to coordinate work with MPM to facilitate and accelerate the Tasi-Mane Project."
The MOP is a Technical Ministry that serves all Ministries, as well as our people, especially in response to basic needs such as roads, bridges, electricity, as well as buildings, and for this purpose the technicians put on the table and we make decisions." "It is important that we sit together, put these issues together on the table and then decide, so that the technicians can continue to carry out their work, but I do not deny that coordination of the work is difficult, especially between the Ministries."

C. Application Deadline
All Applicants are advised to submitthe application to LNG secretariat under Timor Section as outlined
in the application form by 28 November 2022. Late submission will not be considered.

The Fellows will be expected to provide a monthly update on their research project.
The Fellows will each be allocated 10 minutes to present the findings of their research project at the
end of Fellowship workshop in Dili.
The research project should relate to their work or interest. For example, if the Fellow is a lawyer they
could research Current Regulations for Carbon Capture and Storage or if they work in industry
they could investigate Future trends in the International LNG industry.
Fellows can present their research project in whatever format they think is most relevant to their
project e.g. a research paper (which could vary in length) or a multimedia presentation.
Benefits of completing the Fellowship
• Leadership training sessions
Held monthly the Fellows will attend a virtual session of around one hour focussing on specific
aspects of leadership. These could also include the opportunity to discuss leadership
experiences and learn in an informal setting with leaders from government, business, media
and non-government organisations.
• Project presentations
The Fellows will present their research projects to a room of industry experts and leaders
which will help develop their presentation skills and provide the opportunity for networking.
• Mentoring
The Fellows will be paired with a mentor who will be a leader in their sector. This will provide
the Fellow with the opportunity during regular catch ups to receive feedback on their project
from their mentor as well as discuss real life leadership examples with their mentor in an
informal setting.
• Research project
Completing a research project of their choosing which will advance their interests. The project
can be used by the Fellow as an example of work in future job applications or interviews. And to use as proposal for reviewing or enhancing respective policies at the institutional level or
ministerial level.
• Travel to Australia
As part of the Fellowship the Fellows will spend one working week in Australia. This week will
include industry visits, meetings with government officials and decision makers, visits to
academic institutions. The visit will also include training on the LNG industry and time to work
on their individual research project with the opportunity to receive feedback from their peers.
Selection Criteria
• You have at least 5 years work experience. The ideal candidate should be at the early-to-mid?stage of their career
• You are currently employed or undertaking studies having previously been employed for at
least five years
• You are interested in learning leadership skills
• You have a high level of English proficiency in listening, writing, reading and speaking
• You have approval from your workplace to travel to Australia for approximately one week

A. Introduction
The fellowship program is introduced under The LNG Partnership between Autoridade Nacional do
Petróleo e Minerais (ANPM) and the AustralianDepartment of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR).
The objective of this program is to deepen trade and investment links between Timor-Leste and
Australia in oil and gas development, other downstream infrastructure development including carbon
capture and storage. With these principles, LNG Partnership will support visits by business and
government delegations between Timor-Leste and Australia, hold consultations and exchange
information on the oil and gas industry, minerals and energy to assist and support cooperation
between businesses of the two countries, support economic development by building stronger and
more sustainable oil and gas industries in both Timor-Leste and Australia.
Referring to the objective and principles above, ANPM and DISR invite Timor-Leste emergent leaders
to nominate themselves for the fellowship to enhance and further their skills, specifically in the LNG
energy sector. Details of the program are outlined in section B along with the application form in
section C.
B. Application for Timor-Leste Australia
LNG Emerging Leaders Fellowship
What is the Fellowship?
• The Fellowship is an opportunity for emerging leaders from Timor-Leste who have an interest
in the LNG sector to develop their leadership skills and networks. The Fellowship aims to
develop Fellows’ knowledge and network as well as equip them with important skills on which
they can draw in their future careers as leaders in their field and industry.
• We encourage applications from a wide range of fields including academia, industry, civil
society, legal, government or other sectors.
• The Fellowship will run for six months from December 2022 – May 2023 with placements for
six Fellows.
• The Fellowship will be conducted in English.
• Fellows with be partnered with a relevant Australian leader who will mentor them through
the programme.
• The Fellows will complete a research project of their choosing throughout the Fellowship
• Virtual leadership sessions will be provided throughout the Fellowship to build the skills of the
emerging leaders (approximate time commitment 1 hour a month)
• The Fellows will be funded to travel to Australia once during their Fellowship to meet with
their mentors, attend training andprogress their research project. During this trip the Fellows
will attend the AOG Energy conference in Perth.
• Mentors and industry leaders will travel to Timor-Leste to participate in the end of Fellowship
presentation and networking events.
What is the research project?
As part of the selection process Fellows will pitch a research project of their choosing. The projects
are not expected to be onerous or time consuming and over the six months it is expected that Fellows
spend approximately one hour a week on the project.

I am not quite sure if this is possible at all, probably HFB will give his opinion on the probability. Is it possible we will see RNS on Monday for offer from TL for takeover of SundaGas? If they do takeover SundaGas they can keep bigger percentage in the future JV with some of the majors? Maybe that's why they've moved the government meeting from Wednesday to Friday and still haven't published the press release ?? just a thought on Sunday morning ??
