If the board do have ulterior motives, what'ya going to do about it ?.....no amount of anything will change their minds........just have faith !

del929, The RNS dated 9th April stated "This update is made further to the announcement of 11 February 2020 which stated that, following social media speculation, trading in the Company's ordinary shares was suspended pending clarification of its relationship with CITIC"....it was the 'infamous' tweet that led to suspension....the RNS dated 30th April doesn't mention the relationship with CITIC...so now WH Ireland/EUA have finally parted their ways...the original reason for suspension is still valid

The company's playing a blinder...whilst staying within/skirting the rules....first rule of business; look after your shareholders (or is that the second rule ??)

Agree R1889...The new nomad won't sign 'on the dotted line' until very close to the delist day...why....it's a delaying tactic...it's not the right time for them/company to return to a world/market that's in turmoil, irrespective of whether any deals have been agreed, keep things on the back-burner until the death, then sign the Nomad, sign any deals, and hopefully, the markets will be in a better/ more stable position. Makes sense to me anyway

I get the impression that some on here seem to think that EUA has bought new equipment, when in fact, it's a lease agreement...in addition to, the equipment already owned
Machinery and equipment;
In addition to the existing machinery and equipment already owned by the Company as described in the announcement dated 26 November 2019, a lease agreement has been signed with Leasing-Trade in relation to the following:

·    Two new Hitachi ZX330LC-5G excavators that have already been shipped and are currently operating at site, and a further Hitachi ZX300LC-5A excavator awaiting shipment;

·    A 30 ton Chetra T15 bulldozer arrived on site on 15 March 2020; and

·    The lease agreement also provides for the delivery to site during April 2020 of additional 4 Kamaz 20-tonne ore haulage trucks.

A fuel truck, that was purchased by the Company, completes the mobile fleet at site.
