Businesses within Saudi Arabia are keen to invest in Russian PGM assets.
Saudi along with the UAE expressed an interest in the Arctic Project before pulling out due to oil price battle.
Now the oil problem is resolved both Saudi and Russia are looking at joint ventures. Whilst the sand at Monchetundra wont be enticing, platinum group metals will certainly be.

Looks like Monty was spot on when he posted about the Saudi's possible interest ; they have a particular interest in investing in metals & mining,

In this somewhat corrupt world, I have no doubt that some forms of bribery do exist, whether it exists within the industrial world, is a matter of conjecture. I'm fairly convinced that one form of bribery does exist....'you scratch my back & I'll scratch yours'....I very much doubt that it's in the form of the 'brown envelope'....in my book there's no harm in 'you scratch my back & I'll scratch yours' meaning, negotiations in all it's forms, as long as EVERYONE & EVERYTHING benefits to the good.....some people think that it's embedded in the Russian way of life but are probably way off the mark, unless you've got irrefutable proof of course, I think you've been watching too many cold war spy/thriller movies. So far, I've seen no evidence to convince me that any 'dirty dealings' are afoot. We are invested in 'look ahead' companies doing deals in the 21st century, not some 1960's shysters trying to make a quick buck......but.....there are always exceptions to the rule....but not in this case IMO

It's all about mining the area responsibly, I'm sure the mining companies working alongside the MDA will be under constant review by the Russian authorities....the time for riding roughshod over the people & landscapes has come to an end...

To reiterate; I do have my own updated report that does supercede the ACF report.....obviously it's far too complex to post here but, it basically boils down to somewhere between £2.69 & £2.70 per share
Factoring in the combinatronic value, actually raises the price to £2.71 per share
