I had 4.5m AMC shares, got converted into this and bailed out earlier this week and straight in BOIL. I hope that's performs better than this or AMC ever did.

Sad end to AMC, what even worse is knowing how corrupt Robin Young and his aids are....

I didnt expect anything else, the vote had to get through just for people to get what they can now. I cant see the 23p SP holding for long. I actually foresee the new company's shares being suspended and opening a lot lower than the 23p or whatever price they said it will open at.

What was interesting was the resolution on re-electing directors. This was 22.47% AGAINST - Maybe too little, too late.

I echo that TDT, there was never a mention of 7p offer. I remember early in 2015 someone offered to take AMC off Robin's hands and his response was "go away and sharpen your pencil". The 7p offer is news to me and I have been in AMC since 2009

You surprised TDT? I mean the dividend payment came 1 day later that the due date. With AMC anything is possible

We no longer own the asset in Russia, therefore the sanction issue is no longer relevant to AMC.

Im with Halifax and still waiting.....

Just rang my brokers and they aim to have the monies in my account within 10 working days, although they try to do it the same day......... Lets see what and when things happen....
