I just topped up my holding with £1k I had to pay 55p A very wide spread on the price but with more news just around the corner hopefully it will be another good investment. SALT has been kind to me since I bought at the ipo and traded in and out since.

Hopefully back above £1 before the year end.🙏

The one good thing about these crooks buying shorts is that they present great buying opportunities. They unfairly depress the price on what is often a rock solid business and at some stage they will need to off load the shorts that will usually give the share price a nice kick up the backside. Anyone buying this last few days will eventually make a nice profit.

Ask yourself is 1130p cheap

Ask yourself is a near 6% divided good

Ask yourself will the UK continue to need houses

I think any level headed investor knows the answers to this.

I am presently concentrating on high yield investments that are well oversold.

PSN, TW. EMG are my top picks at the moment for high yield and recovery.

I sense a nice blue recovery day here today.

Nothing bad in those results…..it is time to start buying back in I feel.

I am collecting high paying dividend shares. This and EMG are my star buys right now.

This has to be the most underpriced company on AIM at the moment.

One day very soon the market will wake up to what we are doing.

I have been invested here for 4 years now and pick up shares on a monthly basis since it was brought to my attention by my son that works in the motor industry (design engineer)

My best share in the past went from 0.2p to 18p within 2 weeks…….no reason why this cannot do the same. Keep the faith folk.

I will give it a week for the dust to settle and the price to stabilise before topping up. My buys at 115 and 105 were a little mistimed but such is life. Will add more when it settles as one thing for sure this is a great dividend hold.

Folk are still clamouring to buy homes and with an interest rate fall expected I am expecting a slow recovery.

I awoke this morning thinking about SALT. It is a while since we have had any news and no. doubt this has caused the price to slowly fall back. I have decided that news must not be too far away so decided to top up again. Only a little punt of £1k but there is more cash waiting should it be required.

Top up time for me but struggling to buy first thing……only a negotiated trade allowed. A good sign 👍

We are moving in the right direction. I feel it is onwards and upwards from here. The 70% fall the other day was knee jerk reaction to the claim pending and did not reflect the true business that is on going.

I see us back in double figures before not too long. A great buy at these present levels. 🙏

Spitfire…….I think you are talking to yourself…..stop ranting on about house prices being too high. A house is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. Every single house in my home town is selling as soon as it comes to the market and that includes the 750 new homes that have recently been built. House prices will never fall and TW is at present a bargain. If you are not interested in buying at these levels please move on and leave us all in peace!

Decided to move all my IAG which was nicely into profit in to EZJ. Hopefully it will prove to be a good move as I feel todays drop is over done. 🤞

At this rate I will own the company…..couldn’t resist a few more after taking some profits out of my BP holdings.

Happy to wait a while for a bounce but in the meantime a nice dividend will keep me happy.

For the sensible amongst us we can all see a good and cheap investment opportunity when we see it.

Spitfire…Who says house prices are so much overpriced? A house is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, simple as that. What I do know is that TW. is well oversold and at this price a very good valued investment. A good 20% profit to be had here over the next 6 months. Based on that I continue to add on any price weakness.

Yesterday’s 10% drop was actually good for the share. It brings new folk to the table on what on paper seems a pretty good bargain. I certainly used the opportunity to top up and will grab a few more today if the drop continues. In reality I don’t think that will happen and expect to finish the day 5% up.
