Mr Rogers claimed that Sainsbury’s was looking at “exciting stuff”
The supermarket chain has identified 1.5m sq ft of space across the UK, which represents 6pc of its portfolio, that it no longer needs for food as customers switch spending to convenience stores, the discounters, and online.
Sainsbury’s intends to use half of this space to sell its collection of own-brand non-food products, such as kitchenware and homeware. For the remaining half, the company is in talks with other retailers about subletting space. It has already agreed deals with Argos and Jessops to open concessions within Sainsbury’s supermarkets.

Seen similar silly offers myself in Sainsburys, can't believe whoever puts the offers up don't check them, starting to wonder if its company policy to trick the public, they really need to pick thier game up.
