I am enthusiastic about CIZ, but was a bit disappointed the BOD's didn't promote the launch with more vigor. As you say, let's wait and see what the coming weeks and months will bring.

Although I am not enjoying the writing of this post, I feel the BOD's have performed pretty poor this day, don't they realise this is the first day of CIZ, and therefore should have been out there promoting the company for all it's worth. If this was a school report, I as a school teacher would simply write, pupil lacks application and therefore must vastly improve if they want to succeed.

The shares held in a trading account will be subject to CGT on the sale of those shares after deducting the cost and after deducting the current CGT annual allowance and claiming any unused CGT losses. The dividend will be subject to IT. So it depends on what kind of offer we get presented with.
