Some investors are saying , receive the dividend then sell and reinvest elsewhere, but will elsewhere be better than where we are now. I intend to stay and accumulate when possible, Invest part of dividend to get more dividends in the future, it really is not rocket science.

To me it seems the BOD's are doing two things now, continuing with the sale of assets while at the same time ring fencing the asset to be kept and proceeding with its development. This is why the II has decided to invest.

The RNS stated CREDIBLE PARTY , party may mean one or more, ie consortium hence the RNS stating significant dividend. All my personal interpretation.

The AGM must be held no later than the 30/06, and notice of the meeting must be notified to shareholders no later than 14 days before that date, so the 16/06. The notification of the AGM should contain what is being voted on, well who knows what that may contain.
