The BOD's are not selling a bean, just loads and loads of PGM's.

I am feeling very positive, the AGM gave us the result we wanted, but more importantly it gave the BOD's what they wanted. They are no longer shackled to if or maybe, but can now proceed ahead at full steam to their preferred option.

As far as I am concerned, that's another box ticked, what's not to dislike.

All resolutions carried, that's fine by me. Now the statutory stuff has been dealt with, now we can look forward to the main event.

The BOD's stated in the most recent RNS, that the forthcoming AGM will just be the statutory meeting declaring the voting on the resolutions and no other business will be discussed, what follows thereafter maybe a different matter. I personally think the AGM, is the beginning of the end of the sale / dividend process.

Retain shareholding and receive dividend / dividends, that's my thinking at the moment.

You will need to change your share setting to receive the dividend in cash. If your setting is at reinvest cash into shares that needs to be switched off.
