The BOD's / Management are the single biggest shareholders, do you really think they are going to screw themselves after creating EUA over the past 20 years.

Some are saying should have sold at 40p, hindsight and a crystal ball are always handy, but investing is all about what we know now.

I do not want an argument either, but what can the BOD's do about the sp, as it has nothing to do with the value of the assets which the BOD's and the Credible Party are negotiating.

You really should read the previous RNS's, then you will have a clearer understanding of what is happening at EUA.

That's because they are working on the deal, they will not release details until the deal has been concluded.

When will some posters realise the value of the assets EUA own and the current sp, seem out of step.

Can you please explain why the current sp , will benefit the buyer and not the shareholders.

Personally, I am more than happy to let the BOD's / advisers concentrate on bringing the deal to a conclusion rather than release a RNS because we have not had one for a month, it shows how focused they are.

Investing is all about research, research and more research together with and a gut feeling, in my opinion, however a crystal ball would be handy.

EUA, even after the DIVIDEND, will be my preferred investment.

The BOD's of EUA are exceptional with a clear vision of what they want to do and how to do it, it is our duty to give them time to do it, after all they are working on our behalf.
