The BOD's are very experienced, in my opinion I just can't imagine them issuing RNS's based on hype and vague expectations. The BOD's have never stated a date when this will conclude, and it is this factor that some investors are having a problem with.

Part of the hype has come from the RNS's, absolutely not, all the RNS's have stated is what has happened, in fact some posters have said not enough RNS's, have been issued, we are back to some posters being impatient, and trying to create a diversion in my opinion.

The RNS dated the 12 May, stated a proposal from a credible party and the BOD's are progressing with this, so how can a bidding war also be in progress, or am I missing something.

How can a dividend be paid in the past, how would the registrars know who own what amount of shares.

I will be holding even after the DIVI, and depending on the amount will invest a portion.

I have just been reading the various scenarios the BOD's have at their disposal is so amazing, clearly the last 12 months have been very busy and productive. I personally believe there will be a series of sales rather than one big sale, hence having 3 legal firms being engaged.

The BOD's have consistently stated they are pursuing two concurrent strategies, which seems to be progressing nicely.
