You made the allegation, so you should provide an answer. I’ve been out of the armed forces for 42 years, and what I do outside the regiment stays outside the regiment. Questioning my army career is questioning everyone I served with. I haven’t mentioned anyone in your family or questioned their record, so back to my earlier point, you haven’t really thought your comments through, have you?

When you make offhand remarks like that, you’re not just insulting me you’re insulting those who died during my service, who fought alongside me, and the families who cherish their memories. You’re insulting those who returned home maimed with life-changing injuries, and those who took their own lives because they couldn’t cope with civilian life after the horrors they witnessed. I can take the insults aimed at me, water off a ducks back, but is it fair to insult them too?

There’s nothing fabricated about my army career it’s even publicly accessible at the Imperial War Museum Duxford, which features a searchable online living history archive of the regiment’s personnel. You can see a side by side display of medals from both my grandfather, who served in the 6th Airborne Division in 1943, and my own from my time with 2Para during the Falklands in 1982, as well as my cousin’s, who flew with the AAC in Bosnia and earned a DFC in 1994 for saving a 2Para member during a firefight. I have no need to lie about a career that happened over 40 years ago though it might give you a nice day out to have a look.

You clearly don’t know anyone from the forces, because training makes everything second nature, from the language you use to how you operate as part of a team. Special units like the SAS are the exception, as they train you to think individually rather than as a team member. For most squaddies, that team mindset carries over into civilian life for years after service, because it feels natural. Suggesting no one speaks to others the way they do to fellow service personnel just shows you’ve never met any. Even a plumber uses industry language in daily life that outsiders might not understand. Are you seriously that intellectually challenged?

Regarding Lloyds, as long as the fundamentals stay okay and it carries a reasonable dividend, I’ll keep holding and will buy more when the price falls, while top-slicing when my profit reaches 20%, as I do with all my dividend stocks

Since there are only a few gid-men and scalp hunters, I can see why. A Rupert is a platoon commander (lieutenant) or a regimental specialist, such as a scalp hunter (regimental sniper), who has access to areas not available to Toms (regular soldiers). This is what I mean you don’t know any because you have no understanding of the slang, and even if you did, it’s so ingrained that former members still use it on civvy street.

Only small children with a playground mentality think telling tales is a bad thing. If no one ever spoke up, there would be chaos and prisons would stand empty. Think about that when you reach pubity.

And by the way, we don’t call each other paratroopers we call each other Toms, or in my case a Rupert, Gid man or scalp hunter which makes me think you don’t actually know any.

This time around I didn't even bother voting in case anybody is interested, as currently there is no point and nothing on offer that will bring the share back to trading. When something is put forward that will bring value to the company then I may vote until then its just a waste of energy. Talking is cheap with no legal weight, information within an RNS is what we need.

For clarity, which two shareholders on the share registry are you referring to that hold enough shares to account for 30% of the vote?

It’s unlikely to happen before an RTO, and an RTO probably won’t occur until the MCAP hits £30 million or more, or the company chooses to switch from the main market to AIM. To reach that £30 million MCAP, it needs to be relisted and actively trading with some real substance, regardless of anyone’s wishful thinking.
