"I think these directors with all these companies on the aim market should be made accountable for any mis leading information they come out with"
There are channels where they can be reported for breach of fiduciary duty to shareholders such as the FSA and Insolvency Service, however, to do so you first need to put yourself on the line and report them and provide evidence to back up the complaint. It's easy to have a moan on boards such as this but going beyond the moan and into direct action is a totally different kettle of fish and rarely does it occur and hence why directors get away with what they do.
With regards to the current position of the diamonds AP can only go so far, especially when dealing with a knowingly corrupt government. What do you expect him to do that he hasn't, at what cost and where does the money come from?
"A flow rate has still not been provided just 'an up to 0.5 mmscfd' - so how is it flowing nobody knows."
Doesn't say that at all and in fact states the opposite quote " 0.5 mmscfd at a minimum"
I do wish posters would just stick to the known facts when they're quoting the RNS, it isn't as if it cannot just be compared, and the facts shown against fictions shared. It doesn't make the information you share as reliable when all you do is tell porkies leematt.
Super_Mouse you're probably closer to the button as AP refuses to give a bung and doesn't appear bungs are normal practice in Africa. The problem is how do you put across holding a placing to give what is essentially an illegal payment to an official.
Burn rate should be easy to calculate by looking at the company accounts. If looking at the interims divide by 6 and looking at full divide by 12. This should give a rough estimate of burn.
To figure out how much the cost per week of a maintenance crew to keep the rig operationally ready a quick google using the phrase " what is the cost of a maintenance crew to keep a gas drilling rig operationally ready. Costs per week?" which will give many links to sites that give comprehensive information of rig maintenance during a hot rigging phase.
Google s an amazing place to find information if you're unsure of something. Just put in a keword or phrase and hey presto access to pertinent information just presents itself for you to research in-depth. Its like magic: you should try it.
"From the RNS on Thursday - investors have calculated that Helium one is at best generating LESS than 1000 litres of helium per day"
Leemat The RNS states 0.5 mmscfd of helium per day @ 4.7% so is producing 665,285 litres of pure helium per day, enough to fill over 47,520 balloons if the helium within the balloons was pure Grade 6 helium however it isn't. Garde 6 is used only for manufacturing semiconductor chips (used in smartphones, computers, tablets, and TVs), Scientific research, Laser cutting, MRI machines and Gas chromatography as a carrier gas.
A cubic measurement is the three-dimensional derivative of a linear measure, so a cubic foot is defined as the volume of a cube with sides 1 ft in length. In metric terms a cubic foot is a cube with sides 0.3048 metres in length. One cubic foot is the equivalent to approximately 0.02831685 cubic metres, or 28.3169 litres.
Suedee I bet you're scammers delight and fall for every phone call, email and facebook scam if you can't see yourself being played here. It is a professional courtesy of any company to give an update post deadline, except here where it is the norm to ignore shareholders and continue dangling the hook asking for more whilst giving the least. Obviously, they couldn't draw any suckers in to complete the placing, so it has been extended further until they can otherwise, they would be shouting from the hilltops they're in a position to relist.
Sorry for the slightly garbled sentence my keyboard needs a new battery.
"I believe it was purposely written this way to give that impression so that gullible will everything is good in the company."
Should have read - I believe it was purposely written this way to give that impression so that the gullible will believe everything is good within the company.
"The Company aims to complete its initial financing arrangements by 8 March 2024 and will remain suspended until that date."
The way it is worded also suggests that although it will remain suspended until that date, it won't remain suspended after that date depends on how it is read. I believe it was purposely written this way to give that impression so that gullible will everything is good in the company. However, regradless of how it was interpreted a sane person would have expected either an RNS this morning or an intraday RNS to drop on that date giving an update of proceeding otherwise it would be pointless including a date.
Yesterday the placing was still £20k down after over a week of trying get down from £100k. Over the same period another £200k has been lent to the company by DC for what purpose who knows. Why isn't he including himself in the placing? I'm not expecting relisting to occur for a while yet as nobody appears to want to part with their cash to cover the placing amount.
Selangore Russians may need to wait a while if they want to buy HE1 shares due to sanctions
Hydrogen and Helium?
Yes, hence why I posted an affirmative to your question.
"Is there such thing as a dual production plant?"
Yes, Gazprom and Hynet both have one
"Never mind, we all have Friday March 8th to hang our hats on."
Thats today me old mucker!
"And JM was adamant that what is required to start the trial will be in place to start the trial."
Talk about stating the obvious.
" I don't know anybody who would talk negative against his own investment."
Is this an investment? I thought it was suspended share of several months standing. No trading here.
"And if he was so clever, why would he be investigating in such a company if it is as bad as he says."
No control, no choice, the share is in suspension.
No point arguing. He has no investment .
Never a truer word was said. You're correct when you admit this is no investment. This is a company of many failures and no successes. A company that has destroyed its reputation amongst both the business community and its punters to which it relies on for revenue and support and a company of whom its directors are currently under investigation for breaches of fiduciary duty to its shareholders. It has an unnamed cornerstone investor of which nothing has been suggested as to what they bring to the table. There have been a few of those in the past, some with enviable reputation that have evaporated into the ether once they have seen what to expect from their host.
We have a director who has put forward a credit note and loans which are both tax deductible and can be used against future CGT liabilities if it goes pear shaped. Much akin to my investment when it comes to selling at a loss once relisted. It will reduce my CGT liability upon sale of my holding.
Care to add something I have missed out.
I agree on the timings of the RNS I always read them first thing but tend to miss them till later in the day when they fall intraday. I was a round first thing in the morning but only found out it had dropped when I returned from a meeting around 3 in the afternoon which I was a little peeved about.
AIM is fickle you see it all the time. A good RNS appears the share goes down and bad one it goes up, you can see it today on HE1 they get a good RNS and the share tanks. There is no rhyme or reason it just happens. If I had the answer, I would be a rich man.
They have said tomorrow but we have had several tomorrows, all I'm interested in is today. As the say goes; tomorrow never comes...
So, what's changed, as I see it it's still on track. It's not like in the movies where they need to do something, and it magically occurs in an instant. This is R&D of a new an intricate piece of technology which can takes years to perfect and at no point has the company suggested otherwise. Your imagination may have run away with itself, but you can't blame the company for that. This is one of those shares you invest in, put in a draw, have a look from time for progress but pretty much forget about. If you're looking short term gains this type of share isn't the one for you unless your timings are precise which obviously they're not.
Price seems to be tanking, down to 1.78 and dropping. Weird as i thought it was good news.
Babis20 - Better flat than down. If you believe this is a pile of sh** why invest?
