@quickdip
Guess everyone has their own approach. I always have a couple of long term gambles to add to my portfolio. Think it’s the right time after the recent stocking issue - but could be wrong. I blew more in vegas last year for my missus birthday :-). What’s life without risk and having nothing left in your pension pot.
Also watching the SP rise drop rise from nearly 400 in 2019 to where it is today, I have a lot of patience and confidence in NEX. Never sold at the right time but managed a sub 200 average. Still at a loss. Seeing the drop this morning I threw in 10k destined for DOCS…. then changed my mind and took it out and put it in DOCS…. them took 50% out and put it back in NEX … lol…. Couldn’t make my mind up guess HL was loving my indecisive day…
Agree… today would have been a telling time if anyone listened to the broker crap. Glad common sense prevailed
Don’t jinx it lol
Liberum quoted a sell on boo in jan at 35p…. I did the opposite and purchased 10k. Now at 55 :-)
Personally, some brokers need to be investigated…
… not to mention they haven’t been successful in any of their other so called forecasts. Many other brokers have kept it as a buy.
A lot of nervous people on here. To those, these drifts are really nothing and completely normal.. take advantage… Somebody has simply sneezed and caused a ripple. Can’t remember a time when share have gone up in an exponential fashion ;-)
Well said paddy…
I tend to disagree, but let’s see. All opinions respected.
Putting finances and shorters to one side, I see todays dip as a typical Monday morning fluctuation following a big Friday rise. Always tend to happen. I Long way to go yet….
Believe…. The truth is out there…
I started at 83. I have a good feeling about RTN. Gut is better than any brokers forecast ;-)
Just don’t comeback to us in 12m time saying that you’ve lost your home, wife / boyfriend / It , and living in a tent….
Tri…
“ . A spokesperson for the firm said: "Since the ballot, we have offered the union a pay deal for drivers worth 13.4 per cent, made up of 11.1 per cent for 2023, and a retention payment worth 2.3 per cent. This is on top of six per cent our drivers received in November. This will see the majority of drivers earn over £30,000. The union has turned it down without even giving our drivers a chance to vote on it. How many people reading this can say they’ve been offered a 19 per cent pay rise in a year?"
Tend to agree…
Waited too long and saw my SP drop all the way down to 70p, back up to 330 after covid and then back down again lol. Averaged down to 160… I’ll wait until at least 400 now that divs are coming. It’ll get there. I’m in no rush….
Welcome on board to all newbies. Many of the older holders, like me, can return back to profit in the near future.. :-)))
The airline's overall customer score of 48%. Ryan Air 52 and BA is only 56% (and they’re a ‘premium’ airline… apparently….). I use them at least once per month, sometime twice. Never had an issue. Cabin crew always nice. Garbage report. If they ask another sample then the figures will be different.
It’s a good little stock with a bright future and better divs. I also work in manufacturing - global supply and logistics is an absolute nightmare. Recovery is slow across the spectrum. I have sympathy. Happy with the level of updates. Managed to average down. I’m invested in way more risky companies with a more uncertain future.
Agree with RTN’s stance. Oasis has just spit their dummy out of the pram. I’m not disagreeing that Oasis may have had one or two points valid for discussion but certainly not to go crying in public.
This share reminds me of my hol week in vegas. Who knows if I’ll leave the week ahead, breaking even or making a loss…. but I still come back the following week to give the casino more of my money :-))
It’s just following the flow….nowt to be concerned about.…. but do think the bigger problem is me. Every time I buy a couple of thousand the SP drops….. I’m either a bad omen or been accidentally clicking on Sell ;-)
