You would the cost cutting would see the share price move up. RBS paying a fine of £3.6B and their share price shoots up! This is just some madness going on here! Why? I will probably never know. Peeeeeeed off!

I think this share will kick off quite handsomely upwards very soon. Just have to wait it out.
