What price a takeover ? A number of good things have happened to PRTY. The new boss has been installed, and the consolidation have been sucessfully put to bed and it looks as if the problems in the US are over. All good news which is what investers like. So at what price could they be taken over ? Before the troubles they traded in the 60's so a price in excess of this must be on the cards.80 sounds good to me though it might take a while.

So the big question, what are they worth now ? One for the US gaming industry ? It will be interesting to see where they close this evening.

That must be good news. Uncertainty is not good. Hopefully the share price will now move back up to a more realistic level.

Decent buy at the close which is 12.5% of day volume. Except for that not a lot happening with PRTY. What is to stop an operator in the US buying the company ? Partygaming must be one of the best know players in the business and they must be very good value at the current price.

What is going on with PRTY. It has really been in a bad way since the results were issued. I do realise the the boss is moving on but the figures were ok.
