This is from a guy I went to uni with who works for the gov and has been involved with Brexit.
'I can’t say for certain, but I reckon it’s more likely than not. While the EU may not lose out hugely from no deal, too many member states will be affected as badly as we, if not worse. I think it is on that basis, as well as the basis that it’s common knowledge that most things are agreed, that a no deal is unlikely. Some of you may be dubious, but I wouldn't share this, if it wasn't from someone else. Tbf, as he said, it's common knowledge and I guess he's not 100%, but good insight nonetheless. Looking positive.
