I too am with HL. RI still not showing live for me.

I am Ex RBS employee as well. I have experienced same journey as you in terms of where my shares are held. I am now with Hargreaves Lansdown. With their Fund & Share Account, there is no monthly fee to hold shares. Hope this helps you.
