hate it when it goes up this much coz there is danger it will come down with the same speed, there might be some sell before the result as there profit is down compared to last year and they would probably warn about earnings in 2009 so I still think it will come down and hover around 55-60 for some months - dyor

I wouldn't worry too much about the ups and down/tree shake as this is a good buy at this price and has got the potential to double when they announce midas some time this year

with gold prices up and so much cash on them this should go up a little every day and I think we could be seeing 6p in few weeks time - dyor

I am glad I jumped in at 1.89 few days ago, I am sure this should reach new heights soon

my only concern is the 10% profit warning and the manageable debt they have could bring this down little bit before the result. IMO I would say it would come around 45 and then steadily rise after the result. I will hang on to them -dyor

they are transitioning from a research to a product making company, one of their product has come out better than expected in test and it will come into production next year, their second product midas will be out this year so they have 2 excellent product which makes me believe this share is worth a lot more than where it has been in the last 52 weeks, just hang on to it guys imo but dyor

this has good potential and should go up shortly

Unitech and DLF are the 2 big real estate players in India and they have massive bank of land all over India

this budget should be good for real estate companies as there is too much emphasis on housing and as it is this is one of the biggest European real estate company

what I find weird is there are some crap companies and their SP keep rising and this one is such a sound one and the sp is no way near where it should be, this should be at least around 15 if not more. I am confident it won't be long before people realize it

I think they have warned their profit will be down 10% compared to last year so I would think this would go down and then pick up

i think the brokers will get busy post budget and this should start climbing again

unitech is around 52 INR (roughly 72p) on Bombay stock exchange, it had come up from a low of 21 INR, it used to be around 300 INR last year
