I think you are right, my subject should have said "reducing" as they are only reducing their stake but I personally think this is worth a shot as they have no big debt and their last statement was positive as well. I have bought some myself at 16.25 and won't sell until they hit at least 25 but again I have put in half of what I could have if it wasn't for these institutions reducing their stakes
