He would be hard pressed to find a more exciting investment.
Should we all be buying shares in Mintz ? I assume they’re a PC.
Yes indeed ! Very odd! What are the major shareholders up to ? Mithaq 23.8% Tosca 15.5% Schroders 10.2% Their percentages lately don’t seem to have fluctuated much so what’s their end game.
The company has bought back around 23% of the available stock it would seem from where ? Who has been selling ? Surely under normal circumstances the major investors would either be selling up or wading in at these bargain prices unless they have another plan. A very simplistic view I know but relevant. So what is going on ? I’m here from the Blinkx days where skullduggery was rife and that company was as good as brought down by dodgy dealing . I still think the fundamentals of Tremor are excellent and it is grossly undervalued so why this crazy SP ? Any one willing to shed some light or have their own ideas as to what is happening?
Some hefty unknown trades going through this morning. SP lagging if they’re buys. Hi knows any more, not much fun for the smaller investors at the moment.
Thanks everyone for the information. It would appear that there are mixed feelings as to the justification of the buyback. Personally I think the positives are ; 1. I think we have yet to see the increase in share value ( EPS) due to the reduction in shares on the market ( 20% less) 2. We could / should be in for a revaluation of our share price at some point in regard to the much higher valuation of our Peer group it would seem. 3. Ability to re issue or use the shares in future purchases. 4. If all the management acquisition potential comes on line over the next year and profits start coming to fruition, this should increase the share price and the share buy back at these prices might seem a real bargain. I know it’s all if’s, might’s, could’s but I feel if Offer get’s all his ducks in a row we might be in for some fireworks ! Hopefully by Nov 5th !
I might be fantasising but we’re all in this for the same reason so I have to be positive or I wouldn’t be here!
Just a few musings while it’s quiet. Am I right in saying the company now holds around 41.5 M shares at the moment which is approximately 22% of the total share capital with a current value of around 160 M? Is this on the balance sheet as an asset? If we were to revisit the heady heights of a year ago at £8.00 per share then presumably they would be worth £ 320M, in line with the share price. It would seem to me that this buy back strategy could potentially be a real winner if as we all hope, the share price increases. If any one has any views on this, please post.
Wow ! It looks like the buyback is going full pelt according to the after hours trades, Ofer is as good as his word in this instance. It doesn’t seem to have had much influence on the Nasdaq
trading yet though. Let’s see how it pans out! Interesting battle going on.
Tricky It’s so difficult for us small investors when it’s not a level playing field. I can only back my own judgment and I’m convinced this share is grossly undervalued. Any small investor holding this share is a gambler but I do think that the odds have shifted over the last couple of years and this latest acquisition is another brick in the construction of a potentially world class company. I’m definitely in this for the long haul so we’ll see how things pan out.I just hope the Q2 results and the remaining two quarters, confirm my optimism.
Dfl anyone who looks at the current share price activity must agree even with the massive purchases on going by the company amounting to a stated 70 M for the remainder of the buy back, the price doesn’t go up in line. However small sells during a trading day can reduce the price enormously. I can’t explain how these markets actually function but my basic instincts are that there is probably “ ****ery afoot” ! I’m only a small investor but been in this share from the early Blinkx days so I’ve seen a whole lot of Skullduggery along the way. I’m not bleating just giving an opinion. If you can explain in layman’s terms why my observations are not valid I ‘d be happy to be educated.
Hi BE, it’s been a torrid time for us small shareholders over the last 10 yrs, but over the last couple of years since the Unruly purchase the acquisition strategy has been absolutely spot on in my opinion. We reached over £ 8.00 a while ago with far less cash and unknown prospects. The situation has been transformed and the company now appears to be a very successful large cash generating machine with eye watering potential for increase in scale very quickly. The only drawback I feel is the currently manipulated SP which will shortly be impossible to control by the MM’s . If the cash generation continues to improve, as has been promised, I can only think investors will be climbing on board at these bargain prices. We’re none of us experts and all in it for ourselves let’s face it but I can’t find another Company with these credentials, at these prices. Something has to give soon!
All we need now is confirmation of some robust Q2 results to steady the ship and surely this quickly evolving company will be impossible to hold back. The current share price is laughable in my opinion.” Hold Fast” shipmates!
That’s great content Radium., sounds like Unruly are going like a train! They are also expanding their offices in Europe, Canada, Far East and Australia. They have nearly 50 situations vacant at the moment and would seem to be growing fast. Let’s hope this increase in business is reflected in this quarters results and this ridiculous valuation starts to correct itself. Testing times at the moment but let’s all hang in there.
Wow, some serious after close trades here in UK, over the pond serious negativity, What’s going on here ? Anyone make sense of this, it’s beyond me!
Thanks SNN for forwarding the link. I don’t really know if it’s significant but it looked as though there is potential at least. Would the Rhythm Influence contribution itemised in the accounts separately ? I’m always looking for positives with this share which is proving to be a very stressful hold for me personally. Why a Company with so much cash generation and such brilliant results is stagnating where it is, beggars belief. I only hope the next 1st quarter update blows the shackles off this obviously manipulated share price and we get our true valuation.
Just had a look at the new tremor website. I was interested to see that Rhythm Influence is evolving in its own right and able to take advantage of the Tik Tok platform. The potential here could be enormous. I had thought the Rhythm offering was old news and no longer functioning but this looks very exciting taking the size of Tik Tok into consideration and the huge influencer market. Also Perk Canada is still functioning. It has changed its business operations (thankfully) but is presumably contributing in some measure to the greater good.
Is ‘PeriTrem’ a possibility or not ? Very close neighbours and lots of synergies. Anyone got any thoughts.
Just a snippet from the webcast . Extremely positive future expectations received very well by investment researchers asking the questions. Surely this company will now get noticed.
I notice all the tech engineering posts historically advertised by Unruly seemed to have disappeared now, it would look like this deal might have solved a massive recruitment need in one
fell swoop. Could be a real peach of an acquisition. Bring on the Q3 results, if they’re anything like decent surely the SP has to start catching up.
It looks like they have finally filled the post of NY Investor Relations’s Manager which has been vacant for some time now. Let’s hope they become inundated with interested parties! The job vacancies for both Tremor and Unruly give a good insight into just how much this company are expanding I think, we’ll worth a look.
Just a few musings while we wait for theQ2 results. Like you I’m very interested to see the strategy for the future regarding possible acquisitions/ mergers. I’ve been looking through the job vacancies for both tremor and unruly on their sites. A total of 60 plus vacancies over all their offices and particularly 12 technical posts in Israel alone. I would think recruitment is extremely difficult at the moment in this competitive and fast moving environment. It would seem to me that Peri might fit this bill to some degree (a) being almost next door and (b) being a very similar company. I would think they could provide a raft of the expertise required for expansion in one hit. I’m almost certain there must have been some dialogue or thoughts to this being a possibility. Interesting times ahead.
