Oxo’s not done badly!
Hi bald-eagle,
I assume as a shareholder you have hopes the company will do well or you may even be confident that they will do well either way you might even be optimistic for the future. If not why are you still holding? By the way I am not in any way religious and would definitely consider myself a pragmatist. Your analogy of the tunnel to Ireland was a little below the belt but the alternative to optimism and hope would be pessimism and hopelessness, I know what I prefer to be.
Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. Helen Keller.
Fair comment,
Let’s wait and see. I still live in hope like most of us!
Jonas, I think you might have pulled off an extremely good buying opportunity at these prices. I’ve been with this share for a long time from its earlier entity Blinkx and have suffered along the way like everyone else. I purchased the majority of my holding back then but have encountered numerous setbacks along the way to be in our current position as Tremor today. My holding is probably worth much the same now as then so it’s not been a very good investment so far !The company it would appear has been transformed into a potential leader in its industry with all the technology necessary now in place to reap the benefits. If we are to believe the board we are on the start of a major transformation in fortunes. They have been making some majorly positive statements about the next 2 Quarters’ profitability so I’m willing to wait a little longer and see if they at long last come up with the goods!, They seemed on the right track at the heady days of £ 8.00 plus and I’m more optimistic now than then, we’ll see!
Good summary of the conference call Jonhas . I think they may have got all their ducks in a row at last and are finally in a position to start reaping the benefits. It sounds like Tremor are in an almost unique position with their platform now and able to obtain revenue streams from numerous directions with the technology they now have in place through the acquisitions and recent collaborations. Sagi said we should see some meaningful improvement by the end of this quarter so only a few weeks to wait hopefully. Others must be feeling the optimism too it would seem as the SP is quietly on the rise. I really hope they can backup this regained confidence, anyone still in this share certainly deserves some return.
Sagi the CFO says Tremor are finally ready to ‘ Rock n’ Roll’ starting at the end of the month.
and predicted major cash generation incrementally for the rest of the year and 2024. It’s the first time he has personally been so positive. Let’s see once again if our wait has been worthwhile. Ofer was quite guarded when asked what the rebranding at the end of June would entail, possibly not just a rebranding ? Who knows. Personally I bought into the rhetoric as I have done previously ! we’ll see in the next few months.
It’s done this the last couple of quarters but dropped back badly following the results. I really hope this time for some decent news to get the price moving again in earnest. Our peers seemed to have had good results, fingers crossed the amobee purchase and the other partnerships will be coming on stream now. Also there might be some positive news with the Alphonso court case.
As ever, living in Hope. Good luck to everyone.
I read somewhere that they’re 51% owned by Toshiba who we already have links with.
Even with good news the price reacts badly! It’s only some stella results that will get this ship moving again I think ! When you look back at what Tremor were a few years ago and their capabilities now it’s staggering but the share price has still nosedived. I for one am still in for the long haul, it still owes me big time but I cling on to the £8.00 price tag not so long ago when our future looked far less Rosy. But what do us small investors know ? It’s hard to find a better prospect in the sector that’s not way over priced at the moment so why isn’t the market picking this up? There must be something seriously wrong I’m missing obviously!
Sound like a bit of very positive news . Let’s see if the markets are stirred!
Yes , your dead right, severe action today! What’s the collective noun for a group of trolls ? A “Dishonesty” perhaps or a “ Misleadment” Let’s have your thoughts.
Could well be ! I must say Ofer just oozes confidence about the cash generation and the new capabilities of the company, even stating being on par or even greater than Trade Desk now in certain areas. Let’s see if the figures start to back up his confidence. He did say the markets expect/ demand revenue growth on a quarterly basis and that it has been almost impossible to achieve with the economic climate over the last 12 months. As ever we wait in anticipation but I for one am willing to see how this year pans out. It’s a rough time in history to be running any business let’s face it.!
Needham Growth Conference webcast this afternoon at 15.15 GMT. There might be some little kernels of information on our current position . Webcast download is on Tremor’s investor page.
Happy New Year to all the investors here. It would seem that this platform has gone very flat of late but for an occasional positive and informative post from a few stalwarts. I for one am looking forward to seeing some serious meat building on the bones when we get the FY results. Ofer needs to show us the strategy is working that’s for sure and until we see the figures I suppose it’s natural to be skeptical. I’ve been an investor here since the Blinkx days when this company had a much higher relative share price and a hell of a lot less to offer other than millions of hours of video. It’s looking a totally different animal now and well set ,in my opinion, to capitalise on the transformation taken place over the last few years. Personally I feel very optimistic for the future and wish everyone here all best with their investment.
Hi Malbright, the US share price is for 2 shares I think.
Yes TD you’re right a bit strange, I can only think the website hasn’t been updated yet. The latest news available on there goes back to September. Amobee hasn’t been included yet on Tremor ‘s site either as a separate entity like ‘ unruly’ which presumably it will. Ofer did say next year before total integration but it would be good to see some early signs of payback. Let’s see what’s in the next update. It does seem as if we’re constantly waiting for the news that never quite materialises though!
Hi , I feel this once vibrant message board has gone into serious decline lately obviously due to the completely depressed state of the market and indeed the world at the moment. I’m trying to remain optimistic however and clutching for the positives in life. With Tremor I am still excited about the future prospects and still maintain there are few similar investment opportunities with such potential. I can’t wait for confirmation that the Amobee aquisition is now starting to produce the anticipated increase in customer base and the cost saving synergies promised. An indication that something might be occurring is the dramatic reduction in situations vacant for both Tremor international and Unruly, well over 50% less vacancies than a couple of months ago. A large proportion of what were technical/ sales situations are now business development positions. It would be nice to think that the Amobee staff have been able to fill a lot of the technical requirements we were looking for previously and vice versa. With the Q3 results imminent and presumably a general update, we’ll soon be able to see if Offer’s master plan is kicking in or my optimism is badly wrong. Anyone else with any positive feelings ?

Thank god for the filter button!
Gdog, a market capital of £ 438 m now. Something’s got to give ! God knows, this is either the bargain of the moment or we are getting royally shafted ! I’m hanging on in there but it’s a
real conundrum of a share! Let’s hope time will tell and the worry will be worth it.
Totally agree Radium, it also shows great confidence in that the additional 20 m on top of the previous 70 m is not affecting cash flow at all . The company seem to have no difficulty in making substantial profit even before the Amobee purchase comes into fruition. Serious undervaluation here, let the company take full advantage of it at these crazy prices. If the confidence is well founded these buybacks could be an absolute masterstroke in my opinion.
